Colleen Coble has once again created a beautiful rich world where friendship and love collide. One woman’s courage and journey as she struggles with the desires of her heart and the one of friendship. Emmie Croftner is love with Issac. He is willing to do whatever it takes to win back her heart and hand. But then Emmie has even more trouble to bare. Another woman has her heart set for Issac. Can things work out for two who love each other or will fate keep them apart? A Heart’s Promise is a perfect read. Readers can easily set themselves into the characters’ shoes. Tough decisions call for tough choices. Readers will be lured deeply into this engaging novel and wondering what will come between Emmie and Issac if anything at all. I enjoyed reading this romance story and would recommend it to others. I also rate it a five out of five stars for it’s well written plot and interesting characters.
