Book Review: If Only You Knew by Kristan Higgins

A funny, frank and bittersweet look at what we think we know, what we think we want, and what we truly deserve.

This quote definitely luminates the overall new best-selling novel by Kristan Higgins. If Only You Knew, is the latest contemporary fiction piece crafted by a master who knows how to put the reality of life into one incredible read. This is a tale the magnifies the beauty of life’s greatest and weakest moments. As a writer who knows her way around romances, Kristan Higgins and beautifully captured the essence of life into this one book that will forever leave you both laughing and crying so hard.

If Only You Knew, shows us readers the deep meaning of family. We see how two sisters are forced to rely on each other to help them through their life experiences. One sister deals with being a full time mom of triplet girls who always create some kind of mess and the other sister is facing friendship with the man that she is divorced from and is somewhat friends with the his new wife. Not only that but she is also attending the woman she wants to hate baby shower. The more time she’s there the more she realizes she wants something else and is ready to leave her place to find what she’s looking for. The sister with kids is having to balance her full time duties as mom and the worry of not being able to be enough for her husband. But soon, her worries get much worse. WIll each sister find the happiness they deserve or will they end up losing their own battles? If Only You Knew by Kristan Higgins is by far the greatest read ever. I highly recommend it to all readers and look forward to reading another brilliant masterpiece by the Kristan. Overall, I rate it a five out of five stars.
