Review: The Light of Day by Kristen Kehoe

The Light of Day by Kristen Kehoe is the very first of her novels that I have read. I couldn’t believe just how amazingly the story was woven together. A new adult romance that can be read without having read the first book in this series.  The characters are so life-like it’s hard to believe it is world of fiction that is beautifully crafted by a talented writer.

There is something special about The Light of Day. Readers will immerse themselves into a world so hauntingly close to our own that it’s stunning. Two individuals are in rehab for two different reasons. A young woman does everything she can just to get her mother to notice her then one day realizes what she’s doing and why. Just as she’s about to take on her life with her feet planted firmly on the ground, she ends up meeting a man. Not just any man, but one who was injured from his career and is burying himself in his drinks and tons of one night stands. Then there she is… a young woman who draws him in like a magnet. What will become of two broken souls and their undeniable chemistry? Kristen Kehoe knows exactly what to give her readers and how to entice them into her glorious world of romance. I am hooked. I can’t wait to read more by Kristen Kehoe and would highly recommend her novel to all. I rate The Light of Day five out of five stars.
