The year is 2058. The condition known as RX is about to play a major role in deciding the fate of humanity.
This new condition, which is a combination of nearly every genetic, autoimmune, and neurological disorder ever known, has been detected in over one-third of the population. People are dying at an alarming rate, so everyone is scrambling to try to find a cure.
Meanwhile, traces of a precious new resource have been discovered deep in the heart of the planet, and nearly every country is taking part in the race that could sway the balance of power in their favor. So, with mining operations near the earth’s core at an all-time high, the planet’s health is being ignored. This will eventually prove to be costly.
When the day finally arrives to test the new Rx medication, the earth has a different plan. A series of natural disasters tear through the entire planet and leave only death and ruin in its wake.
Those who survive the storms are left in a cold, dark wasteland of a planet and now they must adapt and evolve to survive. They soon realize that their bodies are going through changes, as a result of a chemical imbalance. Eventually, the changes take form, and they come to be known as “Human Hybrids”.
Unfortunately, the activity at the core inadvertently disturbed a race of dormant flesh-eating savages who have made their way up to the surface to try to take over the world. Now it’s up to the Hybrids to save what’s left of humanity and drive them back from whence they came.
