It begins in the small, affluent town of Fairview, Connecticut, where everything seems picture perfect.
Until one night when young Jenny Kramer is attacked at a local party. In the hours immediately after, she is given a controversial drug to medically erase her memory of the violent assault. But, in the weeks and months, that follow, as she heals from her physical wounds, and with no factual recall of the attack, Jenny struggles with her raging emotional memory. Her father, Tom, becomes obsessed with his inability to find her attacker and seek justice while her mother, Charlotte, struggles to pretend this horrific event did not touch her carefully constructed world.
As Tom and Charlotte seek help for their daughter, the fault lines within their marriage and their close-knit community emerge from the shadows where they have been hidden for years, and the relentless quest to find the monster who invaded their town – or perhaps lives among them – drive this psychological thriller to a shocking and unexpected conclusion.

All Is Not Forgotten by Wendy Walker is a deep thought provoking thriller that enticed me from the start. The description leading into the main characters washed over me…making it feel like I was actually there. Wendy Walker took me through a young woman’s rape situation…it was horrifyingly real. The way the perpetrator knew how to go about not leaving behind any evidence…was a nightmare from hell. Thinking about this led me to what’s happening in our world today…many women and men are being raped. Imagine how many perpetrators get away with the crime and are never punished…it ruins the family and the victims’ lives forever.
Inside All Is Not Forgotten, Jenny Kramer, the main character goes through one such situation. She goes to a party and is later raped then found. She can’t remember anything until closer to the ending…where the story of who done it and why falls together. Until I reached the ending, I was intrigued by the intense plot. It kept me guessing all the hows, whys, and whos. Jenny’s experience and the emotional journey that she and her family went through is a ride I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemies. The danger of not knowing who did the things that happened to you…is scary. It could have been anyone and Jenny wouldn’t have realized it until she could finally remember and let go of that moment. I definitely agree that this is one well-written thriller that will never be forgotten by all who read it. It certainly left an impact upon me. Overall, I would highly recommend this stunning tale to readers worldwide. All Is Not Forgotten is a tale for everyone everywhere.
