Review:
Gilt Hollow by Lorie Langdon is by far a marvelous read. It is full of dark sinister things. Lorie Langdon’s novel is brilliantly woven in a way that captured my attention from the beginning to end. Fast-paced and exciting. Suspenseful, edgy, and intriguing.
Imagine being a young man and wrongly accused of a crime. A crime that was committed by another person. No one believed in you. Except for one person. That person shakes down the world and leaving a place for something unexpected. Love. Just when things are planned, Ashton’s world is tilted once again. Out to prove he was innocent all along…a girl leaves him feeling unbalanced. Something about her draws him nearer. But there is still a murder out there. The danger gets closer and the risks are high.
A young girl, Willow, is fixed upon a boy her age. One she is not sure is indeed innocent. But something drags her closer to him anyway. As things grow between them, the threats become real. Romance is great but is it worth losing those that one loves?
Gilt Hollow is an enchanting world of fiction. There’s plenty of action, romance, and mystery. Readers will be baited, lured, and hooked. Lorie Langdon’s writing is stunning. Well-developed characters that pulled me into their lives, risks, and future. A plot that snagged me inside and kept me prisoner. Realistic and haunting. I loved reading this masterfully woven tale. Overall, I highly recommend Gilt Hollow by Lorie Langdon to all.
