The book is broken down into parts. Each part goes over necessary information. The knowledge and research put into this book was phenomenal. Advice, experience,  and hands-on-skills demonstrated on every page. It was easy to read, follow, and understand. The writer, Oswald R Vivia, coaches readers with an ease that will make others jealous. Step-by-step guide and education into becoming a CEO.  Overall, I highly recommend this nonfiction title to readers worldwide.
