Sore Today, Strong Tomorrow is a great fitness journal. It has an easy way of tracking how much water you drink daily, as well as your fitness goals. The pages are well-organized. I can easily keep track of what exercises I want to do and which ones I completed. This journal allowed me to post my positive and negative thoughts as I worked out each day/week/month.
