Review:
Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions is an amazing book compiled with everything one needs to know about the basic chronic conditions that we all suffer from time to time. I was surprised at the depth of material presented in this book. It is a wealth of information that I plan to keep handy with me. My grandmother was a hospice-at-home patient. This book, had the information I needed in order to know how to properly move my bedridden grandmother without hurting her or myself. In fact, the nurses that stopped in to check on Nana reinforced that knowledge from the book. I was beyond happy! There is much more I can go on about but I recommend this to parents, college students, and professionals everywhere. The elderly definitely need to read this book as well. So much can be learned and prevented or treated early on, if I had read this book. Overall, Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions is a must have for every library both in home and everywhere.
