Armed with that knowledge, he has written an inspired collection of recipes for the time-pressed home cook who doesn’t want to compromise on taste or flavor.

The result is 100 tried and tested recipes that you’ll find yourself using time and again. All the recipes take 30 minutes or less and use readily available ingredients that are transformed into something special with Gordon’s no-nonsense approach to delicious food.

Rating: 5-stars

I have watched Gordon Ramsay on TV recently with his travels and variety of food cooking. It was interesting to see the variety and how quickly he had to cook something. When I saw this cookbook, I knew I just had to have it. Inside, there were plenty of recipes for quick and delicious meals. I was surprised to find a lot of them were ones I am interested in making and foods that I actually love to eat. This, is a plus! I found the tips and wisdom from this world famous chief a bonus as well. The recipes were easy to follow. Clear instructions for everything to make as well as a little background on each dish. I also loved the graphics that followed for each dish. Overall, I am very well pleased with this cookbook.
