Review:

April Showers Bring Dead Flowers by Krista Lockheart is exactly what any Hallmark fan would enjoy! I loved this cozy, suspenseful, yet clean read. The main character finds a dead body upon fixing up her home garden. From there, the book is action-packed. Krista Lockheart’s writing reminds me of some of my all-time favorite cozy mystery writers such as Agatha Frost and Angie Fox. It was heartfelt and engaging from the start. This is the type of story one can read and forget about the real world outside. Overall, this who-dunnit type of tale was well-crafted.
