Kendra Daniels had all she’s ever desired; a great job in Houston and an even better relationship. But after losing out on a promotion to her rival, turned friend; and being transferred back to her hometown of Richmond, both her career and her love life are in doubt. Frustrated with work and growing increasingly suspicious about her lover Marcus, she decides to take a vacation to the isle of St. Martin where she meets Desmond, an attractive, mysterious man, with an even more curious profession. But temptation is only the beginning of this story, one which will certainly change Kendra forever. Picking up directly following the events of Money, Power & Sex this engaging, enticing, and erotic tale will reveal an indisputable argument: If love is king, then seduction is power!
Norian Love has once more brought another African Amaerican novel, Seduction, to life. The drama quickly excelerates as the pages are turned. Fast-paced, exciting, and full of action. The reality of relationships is seen clearly within this urban fiction piece. Never a boring moment where these characters are. Balancing careers, friendships, enemies, and love is a tough job. Some make it and some are left broken. Attraction, money, and sex are constant themes found here. I enjoyed watching as each character struggled with the weight of what life brought them. Readers can easily connect with the characters. Oh, the drama…is pretty intense and crazy. I would highly recommend this for those who love an endless amount of the drama life. Both the highs and lows of it. Seduction is a juicy yet entertaining piece of literature. Suited only for adults due to the content inside of it.
Coming from a ruff section of Brooklyn, New York, a young man climbs the ladder to success and falls in love. His happiness, however, can’t last forever, and an important friendship puts his future in jeopardy.

For his future, Josh picks one of the professions where wearing a suit is mandatory: securities trading. The second he sets foot on Wall Street, he knows he made a great decision.
His future looks even brighter when he meets the lovely Lisa. She is gorgeous and intelligent, but their relationship leads to a complicated and messy love triangle that will have severe repercussions for all of them.
In this novel of sweet romance and high finance, Josh is forced to make a difficult decision about his priorities and his future. Can he really have the dream job and the dream girl?
Brooklyn Streets Meet Wall Street is an urban fiction novel that readers won’t forget. It literally takes readers straight into the characters’ lives. Josh is an African American who grew up on the streets and dreamed of doing something better with his life. That dream was working at Wall Street. Financial investments. Wearing a suit to Josh represents respect. Wearing a suit would give him the respect he wants. However, life is never as simple or easy as well plan. There’s always more struggles, tough choices, and mistakes before we get anywhere. I liked how this urban fiction novel was easy to read and follow along to…it represented a realistic side to the street life. The ugly side to how the poor really live and how they struggle to make ends meet. Their decisions to engage in crime shows two sides of them. Survivors and and those who don’t care about humanity. From killing to drugs…readers can feel the violence and intensity of every situation. Coming from this kind of lifestyle is hard to get away from no matter how high one is willing to sprite in the world. James Jimmy Richardson has created an entertaining read that will capture his audiences from everywhere. Well-written, stunning, and well-developed. Overall, I recommend Brooklyn Streets Meet Wall Street to readers everywhere.
Behind Closed Doors is one of those “you have to read” novels. A novel that contains the stories of three different women who have suffered in ways their friends and family never knew about. Each one took up a life that they may never have chosen if what had happened never occurred to them. Each woman’s story is realistic, sad, painful, but shows how one can overcome what has happened to her. I found these words inspiring. I know there are many readers who would love to read these and take the message of standing up for yourself into action. Bullies are just that, but we need to find the courage to stop them. If they can harm us, they can harm others, continually, unless we stand united against them. A.L. Smith has beautifully woven together a novel that will touch the hearts of many and inspires women everywhere. I highly recommend Behind Closed Doors to readers worldwide. It’s a novel readers can’t miss. Overall, I rate it a five out of five stars for its powerfully written message to all.
