Synopsis:

Wrangler’s Creek’s most eligible bad boy has just become its most eligible single dad

Dylan Granger could always count on his rebellious-cowboy charm to get his way—until the day his wife, Jordan, left him and joined the military. The realization that during a wild night he got her cousin pregnant is shocking enough. But the news that Jordan has come home to Texas, to help raise the baby is the last thing he expects.

Raising a baby with Dylan in Wrangler’s Creek is a life Jordan might’ve had years ago, but she doesn’t want regrets. She wants what’s best for the child—and to find out if there’s something deeper between her and her ex than blazing-hot chemistry. Getting closer means letting down her guard to Dylan again, but will he be able to accept the emotional scars on her heart?

Review:

Lone Star Blues by Delores Fossen is another story about a sexy as hell cowboy who got himself into a reckless situation. Before that, his wife left him and his heart broke. Now, he faces the consequences and is raising a kid whose mother didn’t want to be bothered. When news travels to Jordan’s wife, she comes back to him with hopes to raise the baby, together. But fear places them both at odds with each other. Their chemistry is still there. However, it is up to them to figure out where they are headed and what they really want. Life is always completed and messy. Delores Fossen easily captures this into her latest novel, Lone Star Blues. I enjoyed reading this sexy cowboy romance. Overall, I recommend this book to readers.

Review:

Lone Wolf Lawman by Delores Fossen is a wonderful romantic intrigue story. I loved the characters! They were easy to understand, like,  and had me cheering for them. The bad guys were believable too. My only complaint was how fast a character appeared and then, just as quickly disappeared without knowing what happened to him. That part is driving me nuts. At first, I thought, well maybe, I went through the book too fast. So, I went back and still couldn’t find him…I wanted to cry out in frustration. That was just plain mean to tease me with that character. He was planning to use himself as bait and that’s the last I read about him…

Okay, so the main characters were really great. First, there is Addie. She finds out that she is a serial killer’s daughter. Wow! I can’t imagine what I would do, if that were me. Then, about that same time she finds that out…a man appears in her life. His plan was to find out what she knew of her dad. Apparently, she may hold memories that could identify her father. This same man ended up changing Addie’s life. Addie is in real danger from a bunch of criminals…and they might have been hired by her serial killer father.

Second, there is Weston Cade. He is a Texas Ranger. However, he leads Addie to believe he’s just a normal cowboy hanging around…what he didn’t plan on doing was making love to her. Yet, he did not once but many times. Something about her has him stuck by her side. Yet, he disappears from her not too soon after their love making. Addie then, hates him and so does her adoptive brothers. Jax and Jericho. These brothers are also lawmen.

Lone Wolf Lawman is sexy, haunting, and suspenseful. I enjoyed reading this book. Delores Fossen has proven that she can indeed write a stunning tale. I got lost within the first chapter. A journey about a young pregnant woman being targeted for reasons not sure of, and her past lover comes to her rescue. Then, there’s the twists and turns that pop up, keeping readers like myself guessing who and why. The sole focus is keeping Addie alive and catching the bad guys, especially her father. This piece of fiction left me with a taste for more of these characters. I can’t wait to see what the rest of this series holds. Overall, I highly recommend it to readers everywhere.

Review: One Good Cowboy

Synopsis:

The most honorable cowboy in Wrangler’s Creek is about to get an offer he can’t refuse…
Carson Rowley expects Granger Ranch office manager Evie Martin to do any number of things when he breaks the news that her “on again, off again” boyfriend has eloped with a stripper. Cry, maybe. Curse, probably. Kiss him senseless? Nope…didn’t predict that. Now that Evie’s offering what he secretly craves, there’s only one question: Just how bad should a good cowboy be?
Evie’s nowhere near as heartbroken over her unreliable ex as everyone in Wrangler’s Creek expects. Especially once it’s clear that her long-simmering crush on Carson is mutual. Carson’s not the casual type, and inviting him into her bed means inviting him into her heart. But once he’s there, she may never want him to leave…

Review:

One Good Cowboy by Delores Fossen is another hot read. This writer has a way of heating up the pages. Sexy cowboys with stubborn women and two match making moms. Things get wild and crazy. Hearts are on the line. Evie was engaged to Carson’s brother who left to marry a stranger. Carson is left dealing with their mom and trying to help out Evie. Evie has always liked Carson a lot. But with their moms meddling and pressure, it’s hard to get anyway. Now, after all hell has broken loose, Evie admits her attraction to Carson. Actually, she did a lot more than tell…Carson is the good cowboy. One kiss and Evie’s words have him tighter than he’d like. He’s attracted oh, right. But their situations are complicated. Can love enter the equation? One Good Cowboy is a short but well-developed tale. A hot chase with an emotional journey attached. I was intrigued. Exciting, fast-paced, and engaging. Overall, I recommend this book as a must have on readers’ to do lists.

Review:

No Getting Over a Cowboy by Delores Fossen is a hot read. I definitely recommend this book to be added to readers summer list. They’re sexy cowboys, determined women, matchmaking moms, and danger. I was hooked. Intrigued. Old lovers meet again under different circumstances. Women leased an old house on the Wrangler Creek Ranch to use for widows. Garrett Wrangler hasn’t been the same since he lost his daughter as a stillborn and the fact that his wife ran away. She cheated on him with a ranch hand. Then, there was her act blown up as a scandal everywhere. Business trouble for the Wrangler family. If that isn’t enough then, there’s the dead body found in the old house on the ranch. Plus, Garrett’s old love interest is being targeted for money…

Lust, love, death, and risks are on every page. No Getting Over a Cowboy is correct. Nicky Marlow can’t get over Garrett. In fact, he’s still attracted to her as well. Excitement, adventure, and heat. I loved it. The Wrangler family members were funny. They brought humor to the story. Sweet, sexy, and well-done. This tale was a page turner. Delores Fossen surely know how to keep a reader addicted to her books. Overall, I highly recommend it to readers everywhere.
