Review:

The Magnate’s Marriage Merger by Joanne Rock is a novel full of passion. Talk about desire! This read is hot as fire. Both main characters will be playing with something they can’t resist nor deny. That is what makes this a compelling tale.

Inside The Magnate’s Merger, I met a tycoon, Ian McNeill. He is wanting to know who is messing with his family and why. Then, he finds the answer. Someone he knew from his past. But her motive is what he’s really searching for…only he doesn’t realize how dangerous the game he’s playing will be. Hearts will be taken.

Then, there’s the secretive matchmaker, Lydia Whitney. Her one mistake leads her past flame to chasing her. This time, he’s hotter and more demanding than she knew. He offers her a convenient marriage proposal…will she accept it?

Joanne Rock has once again brought another fabulous book to my hands. A heated romance packed full of tension. The future of the characters lies with their choices…the suspense is killing and the intrigue kept me turning the pages. Overall, I highly recommend The Magnate’s Marriage Merger to all readers.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Turn Me Loose by Anne Calhoun is a novel to die for. The heat is massive. Raw chemistry increases with every page. The lust has the two main characters locked on each other. But there is more than just lust going on between Ian and Riva. History that brought them together is now, repeating itself. Placing Riva into a difficult spot. One that could endanger all the people she loves as well as her own life. Themes of drugs, violence, abuse, and hope are found within these pages. I was hooked from the beginning.

Turn Me Loose is exactly as the title suggests. A police officer, Ian Hawthorn, turns himself loose from his career to keep the one woman he loves, safe. He also, turns loose the woman he loved in the past ofor his career. Then, we see that a young guy is turned loose for a second chance at life. Anne Calhoun has once more drugged me with her powerful plot and irresistible charcaters. It was hard not to love both Ian and Riva. Their story pulled at my heart, made me laugh and cry. The ending was just as satisfactory as the rest of the book. Overall, I recommend it to readers everywhere.

Review:

Perefect Pleasures by Deborah Fletcher Mello is a contemporary African American novel. It’s heat level is packed full. The charcaters’ chemistry ignites with every page. Lighting a fiery passion within them. One is after the other for answers. She won’t stop until she gets what she wants. However, neither charcater expected the raw desires to flare up…

This novel looked good. It’s written fine. But there’s really no personal connection from the reader to the charcaters. The story is all sexual which is fine, since the title suggests that. It just felt like the emotional connection between characters wasn’t really developed. They struggle with their issues. It’s like they are hiding from reality by having sex. Other than those issues, the book was fine. Entertaining read overall. I haven’t read any previous novels by Deborah Fletcher Mello so, I can’t compare how her writing fell from the others. But her novel holds promise, just needs more work.

Review:

Love Happpens is anthology by many authors. Each one with their own unique talent. They have come together to put this collection for readers and to raise funds for Autism. I love when talented writers get together to help others. It nails my attention immediately.

After reading these stories, I got to go on a lot of adventures. Different experiences of love, life, and meaning. Each tale was deep. Emotionally, I was swept up in its great wave after wave of stories. Another amazing thing about this anthology, I got to taste other writer’s work, whom I never heard of until now…their stories are not only entertaining but inspiring too. Love Happens is romantic, hopeful, and well-told. Sexy, realistic, and contains a lot of real life issues. That’s what really had me hooked. I was able to connect to the charcaters because of that. Overall, I recommend this collection to readers worldwide. There’s a little of everything inside…I have received this free copy for an honest review.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Cozzi Cove: New Beginnings by Joe Cosentino is the fourth best gay romantic comedy I have read. The entire Cozzi Cove Series is perfect thus far. Each book represents new events, political agendas, sexy characters, and happy endings. Plus, Joe Cosentino has once more added his brand of humor to this book. I can’t decide which book within the series is the best. Because each one is unique and ties together. The writer has a flare for creating the juiciest plots, unexpected twists, and a romance that sizzles with passion. The heat is a amazing…

Inside this latest novel, readers will find out just how close Cal’s family is and how it’s growing. A baby to come. Michael is once again having some sad moments where he feels like an outsider. He Issue of finding a job has him feeling out of sorts. But he and his husband Cal are close. Their romance made me blush. So bold and strong…felt believable. They each compliment the other. Joe Cosentino has sprung an interesting plot with the new title. Of course, the story follows as the title suggests, new beginnings. I loved how the woman carrying Cal’s and Micheal’s baby was while pregnant. Her comments made me laugh so hard. The struggles women go through while carrying a baby for nine months…can be crazy. Then, the interesting set of charcaters add spice and variety to Cozzi Cove. There’s never a boring moment at the Cozzi Cove place. Buzzing with cool people, new budding romances, and more surprises lie ahead. I have read many gay fictional pieces, but none of them have as much life to them as Joe Cosentino’s Cozzi Cove Series and Nicky and Noah Series have. It’s like Joe pours his whole heart, soul, and mind into each character, scene, and plot. I feel an array of emotions from the pages that hit me hard and good. It a book doesn’t provoke an emotional response than it’s not worth reading. I could feel and almost see the charcaters as they went about their lives. Cozzi Cove: New Beginnings is a definite must read. I know with a doubt that readers worldwide will fall in love with this book as much as I have. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Review: Never Trust A Pirate

Nothing and no one can hold him to be the duty-bound, honorable man he is expected to be. Never Trust a Pirate
is part of the Regency-set Playful Brides series by Valerie Bowman.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Never Trust A Pirate by Valerie Bowman is a scandalous read. An English rogue who has a twin brother that’s a spy. But little does the spy know his twin, Cade, also works for the government. Cade goes about life feeling like a black sheep due to his mother. However, his life gets shaken when a so called lady’s maid, Danielle, walks into his life. She’s not what she seems. A spy plus more. She’s sent to spy on Cade because he leaves the English government suspicious of his absences. No one knows what his plans are or how long he plans to stay home. Danielle’s life has never been easy. Her mother is thrown in jail, and now, her mother’s health isn’t good. Danielle works as a spy in order to take care of her mother.  But now, danger is rising…both physical and emotional. Love might just hit both Cade and the mysterious lady, Danielle. I loved the humor and the brewing romance. The scenes were engaging and hot. Danielle is taught never to trust a pirate but then again, Cade isn’t a pirate. The suspense and heat is powerfully displayed on every page. I found Never Trust A Pirate very entertaining and well worth reading. Overall, I highly recommend it to all.

Review: The Dangerous Billionaire

Synopsis:

Money doesn’t always change the man in this new standalone romance from Jackie Ashenden.
Navy SEAL Sullivan “Van” Tate has been called home to reluctantly inherit an empire and finds himself facing the most difficult mission of all: love.
“Sinfully sexy.”–Opal Carew on Mine to Take
Nothing about Sullivan “Van” Tate is what it seems. A Navy SEAL raised among the New York City elite, Van prefers heart-pounding action over a Wall Street corner office. But when his adoptive father dies and his business rivals move in to overtake his empire, Van must suit up to save the company and protect the one woman most forbidden to him…and the object of Van’s most dangerous desires.
Chloe Tate is as ambitious as she is gorgeous. With a newfound independence, Chloe is no longer a prisoner on her father’s ranch. But everything changes when losing her father may also mean losing her life. Even with her survival on the line, Chloe can’t deny the burning attraction she feels the moment she locks eyes with Van, her rich, rough and ready, foster brother and the new head of her father’s company. Tall, dark, and muscled, he’s the one man who she has no business being with. But how can she resist a Navy Seal Warrior when he’ll do anything to protect her?

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

The Dangerous Billionaire by Jackie Ashenden was brilliant. A family torn apart by a dead father’s secrets. A man who couldn’t have kids adopted and accepted four children to raise as his own. His heirs. The father is a rich man who made his money from oil. After his death he wrote a will. Stating that his eldest adoptiveson, Van Tate, is the sole heir of both the Tate oil company and the ranch. But there lies the problem…the ranch was to go to the youngest. Chloe Tate was told by her father that’s she would inherit the ranch. However, he’s dead now, and he left behind more problems than promises kept.

Chloe is called out to New York by Tate. She soon learns that he has inherited everything…including the family ranch. Chloe is frustrated at how Tate makes her feel. Tate, too, has deep feelings for his adoptive sister, Chloe. They both try to push the feelings away. But neither succeed and now, the stakes are high as well as the danger. Secrets…Chloe and Tate both find out her real parentage. Shock isn’t the only emotional released after the news. The emotional journey from beginning to end was intense. Powerfully written and engaging in every way possible. Tate soon becomes exactly as the title suggests, The Dangerous Billionaire. Jackie Ashenden has thoroughly impressed me with her applause male heroes and stubborn heroine. The plot twists were unexpected but very good. Enticing, hot, and sweet. I loved reading this contemporary romance novel. Overall, I highly recommend it to all.

Review: Raphael’s Fling by Alix Nichols

Synopsis:

My name is Mia, and I dream about publishing a book on medieval Paris.

Except… I’m better qualified for writing a manual on how to go from a budding scholar to a pregnant runaway in three easy steps.

– – –

My sister Eva carries a torch for the wrong man. Here’s the gist of my sermons to her: “Drooling over your hunky astronaut boss is a loser’s trek to Calamity with three stops along the way: Heartbreak, Job Loss, and Spinsterhood.”

The thing is, I’m in a terrible—you could even say impossible—position to lecture Eva.
I’m attracted to my own boss.

Raphael d’Arcy is funny, smart, and uber-rich. He’s also smoking hot. That alone should have scared me away, were I not such a dolt, my academic achievements notwithstanding.

But there’s more.

Raphael is France’s most notorious playboy who doesn’t do relationships. He does one-night stands. If sufficiently intrigued, he might do a fling. Which is the most I could ever hope to have with him—a short-lived fling.

So what, right? It’s not the end of the world.

But consider this: Getting my heart broken by Raphael d’Arcy is the least of my worries.

Some very serious merde has been piling up in my life lately.

And it’s about to hit the fan.

RAPHAEL’S FLING is a sexy standalone romantic comedy. No cliffhangers. GUARANTEED: a swoony bad-boy hero, laugh-out-loud moments and a happily-ever-after.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Raphael’s Fling by Alix Nichols is a sexy contemporary romance that will entice many. It hooked me from page one. I was entertained. The plot was fast and held my attention immediately. I was drawn into the drama and realistic scenes. After having read Find You in Paris, I was looking forward to reading this new title. It was just as hot.

Inside this title, I met Raphael d’Arcy. He’s an alpha male that can make any woman swoon on spot. His sexy looks and money make every woman want him. However, Alix Nichols has created more than beats the eye to this man. He has had a past involving a woman and that’s where he’s at now. He was just going through life until he met Mia…

Mia is a graduate student working to pay for her tuition. She works at Raphael’s company. Like all the other women, she has the hots for her boss. She knows he’s a player and that nothing will come of their affair, if they ever have one. Until one kiss, Mia didn’t think she’d ever share anything with her sexy boss. However, lightening strikes, and that leaves Mia’s world spiraling out of control. All thatshe had held dear may just be lost. Someone is threatening her…and only time will tell where she and Raphael will stand once it’s over…

Raphael’s Fling is by far the most enchanting real-life tale. Romance that tugs at my heart and sends me deeper into suspense. So many things can happen and did. Readers will have to dig into the book for the details..overall, I loved it. Believable, heart melting, and stunning. I highly recommend this book to all.

Review: Mute Desire

Synopsis:

This new world is dangerous, lonely, and scary.

Standing up to packs of Blasted has never been so risky. In spite of her visions, she can’t always tell where the next attack will occur. She needs help, even more so since the dice are loaded.

It happened a moment ago. There used to be four of them fighting the enemy, there’s only three now. They’re surrounded, trapped in a dreary place with no hope, with no choice but to surrender. Only one person can save them, the terrifying man who makes her heart skitter.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Mute Desire by Chris Lange is brilliant. The thrilling fantasy led me onto a deep, erotic, and frightening journey. I never knew what to expect. From visions to notes and a deadly unseen enemy, a woman and three others are to be found and safe the world from an enemy. An enemy no one has seen. Kat has visions. Mind blowing ones…especially when it leads to the sexy hulk of a man living near her. He is mostly mute except for one word phrases or when he demands her to do something to him…their passion is hot enough to burn. One man already got close to Kat and her heart and turned out to be a traitor. So, she’s worried about having that happen again. But then she learns she can trust the man with her now. He’s there for her.

Mute Desire brings a world barely hanging on a thread. Danger is everywhere. No where to hide, and an enemy that needs to be fought… but it’s hard when no one knows who the enemy really is. Then, a close ally turns out to be an undercover bad guy…all nightmares break loose. The race is on…and the scenes bring up the fear, intrigue, and suspense…

I couldn’t put this novel down…

Hot, engaging, and truly a page turner.

Chris Lange knew exactly how to lure readers like me into this fictional masterpiece. Mute Desire is an adventure readers don’t want to miss. I highly recommend it to all. Overall, I’m looking forward to the next book.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Gentleman’s Game of Love by Eleanor Meyers is sweet and addictive introduction of the Elkin brothers. Each man thinks he can stay clear of losing his heart. But then fate brings them each one woman who steals their hearts and sending them falling apart. Inside this novel, it focuses on one particular brother. Guy Elkin has successfully established two businesses. One is an exclusive club and the other is one set for men with ladies of the night. However, Guy has created anger in his mother for that and his destruction is surrounded by one woman…Lady Anne.

Lady Anne makes Guy feel so alive. Her blue eyes, shinning hair, and fiery soul has captured him whole. He doesn’t want any other woman but her. Anne fights her passion and desire for Guy Elkin every day…but he soon grinds her down…

A carriage disaster happens, and Guy Elkin let’s slip a lie about him and Lady Anne. But then his family finds out the lie…and both are going to set his family straight on the truth. However, once Lady Anne meets his family she can’t ignore what she feels and hopes by going along with the lie…that Guy would want her as much as she does him.

Lies and secrets are still kept between them…

Their desire burns hotter with every page.

It is only time, if they both accept their love and move forward or destroy what they have together…

The Gentleman’s Game of Love by Eleanor Meyers is an outstanding novel. I enjoyed the charcaters’ dilemmas, banter, and romance. Adventure, humor, and an unforgettable journey is waiting inside…I was hooked. Overall, I highly recommend it to all.

Review: Somebody’s Baby

Synopsis:

Veterinarian Rory Gallagher chose a different path from his brothers, both of whom became first responders in the lovely little town of Darling, Vermont. Rory’s always had an affinity for animals—and the ladies. Known for his impressive track record in breaking hearts, Rory never meant to hurt anyone; he’s just never been in a hurry to settle down. It’s not as if he needs to pay a visit to the town’s famed Kissing Bridge to magically find love. He’ll know The One when he sees her. . .right?
Oaklee Ferguson is the kid sister of Rory’s best friend—and, even now that she’s all grown up, remains immune to the pet-doctor’s charms. When she shows up at Rory’s clinic late one night—devastated after hitting a stray dog with her car—Rory’s so-called “bedroom eyes” are the last thing on her mind. Still, his care and kindness toward the dog, and his concern for her feelings, catches Oaklee by surprise. . .and soon the two (and rescued dog makes three!) begin to share a deep connection that neither could have ever imagined. Could it be that love has been waiting for them by the bridge all along?

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Somebody’s Baby by Donna Alward is messy, complicated, and super addictive. The characters are three-dimensional. Each character has the internal and external conflicts that make their lives interesting, hot, and sweet. The plot is fast, well-written, and engaging. This was the first novel I have read by this writer, and I was immediately impressed.

Donna Alward’s characters are so real. There’s Oaklee Ferguson who works hard in life and doesn’t accept handouts. Her older brother can easily help her out, but she’s determined to make it on her own. She was puppy dog crazy for her brother’s best friend when she was a teen. However, she ended up dating a man not worthy of her. Now, she’s miserable, doesn’t believe in love, and still has the hots for one man…Rory Gallagher.

Rory Gallagher is older than Oaklee by two years. He is the best of her brother. His job was to watch out for Oaklee. Meaning she was off limits then and still off limits now. However, he still can’t shake her from his mind. Then an accident on a road leads her to his vet clinic and all bets are off…Oaklee sets his blood on fire. She’s a major distraction to his. But one shared kiss…and Rory is in trouble.

The worst part…he wants her. Oaklee wants him. But are they ready for a no strings just friends with benefits? I highly recommend readers to read the book to find out what happens. Somebody’s Baby by Donna Alward was sizzling, intriguing, and entertaining. Plus, it involved a super cute dog that will melt any reader’s heart…like it did to mine.

Review:

Still in Love With You by Lexie Davis is a romance that tugged at my heart, made me die with laughter, and had me falling in love. A military man struggling with after war terrors on his own and a woman from his past spinning his life even more out of control. Parker thought he was tough enough to handle life alone, until his old love came back to town. Aubree thought she could come home and not fall madly in love with her old flame, Parker. But spending time with him, has gotten under her skin as well as his. Neither own can deny their attraction. This sweet southern tale, has a lot of bumps but soon finds a smoothness tha works. It’s only time before both explode or completely fall apart. I loved the emotional attachment that came from reading this book. Lexie Davis knew what she was planning when she wrote this novel. I can’t forget the charcaters and their dilemmas as well as their love. Broken hearts being mended and forgiven is the best kind of story. Overall, I highly recommend Still in Love With You to readers worldwide.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Scorching Road by both Toby Neal and Emily Kimelman is as exactly as it sounds…scorching hot! I have read previous books by the talented writer, Toby Neal, and I was immediately taken to this new title. I know this work was a piece featured by two writers and I couldn’t distinguish either writer’s handiwork within the novel. It read as tho it had been written only by one. These two writers have a unique talent in making a deeply suspenseful yet sexy tale. There’s a flu that is proving deadly across the nation. Dr. Elizabeth Johnson and her partner were working on the vaccine. Only her partner finally got it down…yet it cost him his life. Now, the vaccine is in her hands and it will take everything she has to get it completed in time. But things get complicated. Her plane crashes…she meets a man unlike any other and together they venture out for one of the toughest journeys ever told. Epic, stunning, and brilliantly woven. I couldn’t stop reading, Scorching Road. This romantic suspense piece kept me hooked from beginning to end. I look forward to the next grand scheme by these writers. They sure knew how to capture my attention inside this exciting plot. Overall, I highly recommend it to readers everywhere.

Review:

Melissa Cutler has done it again! With her latest novel, One Wild Night, I was hooked. She always creates a beautifully told story. One that engages readers. Emotionally stunning. I loved reading it. Wild indeed. A young Hispanic woman is looking to settle down…yet all her dates have gone bad. Then, one dark night, she meets a sexy cowboy. Their horseback riding leads them both to a breathless night full of want, desires, and need. Something about him being so not what she’s looking for makes him perfect for her. Then, attraction comes into play.

Gentry Wells is a bad boy aka country music singer. A cowboy at heart. He needs inspiration. When, he meets Skye at night in a barn, his fate has been sealed. So, has Skye’s. Neither one can ignore the instant chemistry. The heat comes off the pages. Raw, possessive, and addictive. One Wild Night is exactly as the title states. Melissa Cutler wrote a tale that not only brings a fiery passion but two sould desperately needing each other. Maybe they will find love after all…I enjoyed reading this contemporary romance. True love is the theme and it is masterfully shown on every last page. Overall, I highly recommend Melissa Cutler’s novel to all.

She despises my one-night stands and mocks my less-than-classy habits.

She’s smart, beautiful, and too good to be true.

And I want her.

If she were anyone else, I’d have made my move years ago, but considering she’s my best friend’s little sister, she’s always been off-limits. Not to mention how much she loathes my very existence.

Hating me is her religion, but needing her is mine. Her sexy curves and filthy smart mouth make me want her even more, and I’m more determined than ever to change her mind.
I’ll prove I’m done playing games.

But until then, we’ll continue to play by her rules.

Viola Fisher may have won the battle, but the war isn’t over yet.

Checkmate, princess.

Checkmate: This is Love by Kennedy Fox is the second best installment to a sexy romance series. Take a bad boy player and a strong woman and the heat is on…both characters have a way of pulling me into their strong. I could felt their emeotions. The sensual play, their bantering, and  their frustrations. Sweet, hot, and addictive to read.

This second tale, continues where the first one left off…luring me back into the messy complicated world of Viola and King. There is more tan sexual heat going on…their are hearts on the line. I love the chemistry and the stubbornness of the characters. Kennedy Fox definitely knew how to draw me into her novel. Checkmate: This is Love is a book, I couldn’t stop reading. It’s the second part to an epic journey. Can’t wait to find out how it ends…overall, I recommend it to readers everywhere.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Somewhere on St. Thomas by Toby Neal is a sexy romance. I was got up by the instant connection the two main characters had. Just one meeting was all it took. Ruby has this thing about sailors…not good enough for her. Or so she said until Rafe came into her life. Right after winning the spelling bee, her mom introduced her to Rafe. Ruby of course is heading off to college in Boston. Rafe goes sailing out in the ocean…never would work out or would it? Ruby sets Rafe off like a bunch of fireworks. All she did was be herself and show off her sport skills. That and her beauty has him hooked. He’s ruined. No other redhead will do. Only Ruby. Ruby isn’t a saint. She wants sex. Rafe sets her down that path of sexual wanting that it frightens her. She runs away scared. But before she leaves the island…Rafe comes back to say goodbye but leaves her something. From there the novel picked up rather quickly. I was intrigued. These two could make any readers blush far worse than Ruby’s worst blushing spells. The heat comes off the pages. Their intense love and attraction made this felt so real. Their life it seems is connected. Somewhere on St. Thomas is a hot read. Heat, action, and believable characters. Once more, Toby Neal has created a stunning world of fiction. One that lured me deep into its depth and had me wanting more. I loved it. I do recommend this for those eighteen and older due to the adult content inside…other than that I highly recommend it to all.

Review: Deep Into Trouble

Desire is more dangerous than anything in Deep Into Trouble, the next Unbroken Heroes novel from Dawn Ryder.

Soon Saxon finds himself Ginger’s shield against an enemy whose power they haven’t yet begun to face. But will he be able to keep his mind on his mission while the very woman under his care drives him beyond distraction?

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Deep Into Trouble by Dawn Ryder is another hot romantic suspense title. Right from the start, Dawn Ryder has captured me inside her tale. Between a leading female character rebelling which soon leads her straight into trouble…Hence, the title, Deep Into Trouble makes sense. But there’s also another reason it’s perfect. The leading man, Saxon Hale, is in trouble as soon as he lays eyes on the hot brunette, aka Ginger Boyce. Both feel the tension building and only time will tell where it leads…

Sexy, clever, and intriguing…Deep Into Trouble is a must read for all. Hot characters, flaring desires, and danger will spike any reader’s attention. Just like it did with mine. I was immediately lost.  Fast-paced, tons of action, and the unknown of where and when something will happen. These are the trade marks of the talented writer, Dawn Ryder. She knows what her readers expect and how to satisfy every desire. An investigation that takes readers into a deadly situation is another turning point. Plus, the brewing romance adds to it. I enjoyed following the alpha male as he kept Ginger alive. Their chemistry is perfect. Readers who want more than just a romance will find that this is definitely it. So much to offer and all brilliantly written into one engaging piece. Overall, I highly Recommend Deep Into Trouble to readers everywhere. Until then, I look forward to the next grand adventure and heart racing read by Dawn Ryder

Review:

Completely Yours by Erin Nicholas is a sweet romance that readers will love. Her  characters are so believable that I can’t believe it’s fiction! Both character wou are never have met if it wasn’t for the building that collapsed. Many were injured and luckily neither main character yet was hurt. One is a sexy EMT the other a gorgeous graphic designer. Both have the hots for each other and only time will tell if they go from this super sweet hot moment to a happily ever after…life is complicated. And their meeting just but their worlds upside down and inside out…the emotional war each character has is stunning. I felt their frustrations and feelings as if I were feeling them myself. Erin Nicholas has a way with words that leads readers like myself further into her delightful world of fiction. Completely Yours makes absolute sense when reading the novel. Each character in a way becomes the other’s complete half. I loved the brewing romance and the fire of spdesire each time the characters were near each other. Loved it. Review: The Key to Cabo (A Rock Pounder Novel)

Synopsis:

Danger is a way of life for Rock Pounder, so when the DEA asks him to recover $250 million in drug money hidden somewhere in Mexico, the 10% finder s fee makes the risk worthwhile for Rock and his team. The money comes from an Asian drug lord for the purchase of drug routes into the United States from a Mexican cartel, which makes twice as much danger for Rock and his team. When his beautiful publisher Penelope Dickens Frost finds herself in possession of a key that leads to the drug money, Rock finds trouble on more levels than he ever expected.

Penelope is one of the only women who hasn’t immediately fallen for Rock s charms, but things heat up as the two of them race across the Mexican desert on Rock s dirt bike, with Mexican drug lord El Raton in hot pursuit.

From Dallas to Cabo San Lucas and into mainland Mexico, Rock and Penelope follow the money trail, with Rock s unique team aiding in the escapade. But someone on the inside is betraying them. And publisher Penelope Dickens Frost proves to be almost more than even Rock Pounder can handle in this high-octane thriller, the second book in the Rock Pounder series.”

Rating: 4.5-stars

Review:

A Key to Cabo (A Rock Pounder Novel) by Dave Harrold is a great adventure. The story kicks off with danger, a cat and mouse chase, and escaping death. There are tough female characters as well as male characters. The plot is fast-paced and immediately appeals to me. I was intrigued by what was to come next. The words were easy to read and follow along to…the scenes buzzed with excitement. There was always some kind of action happening whether it was fighting the bad guys or hot and heavy scenes between the main character and women.

Rock Pounder works for the government. His assignments send him to dangerous regions with life and death hanging over him. There were times he could have died easily but was then rescued. The almost dying with his kind of career is beleivable. However, being in that kind of business, Rock should have been more alert as an active agent. If he was more alert and paying attention there would have been no sloppiness. His sloppiness caused him to be in situations where his life could have been forfeited. But somehow, there was a woman with a gun saving his butt or a former enemy holding a gun at him…then telling him that they were going to be partners. That was the unexpected part.

A Key to Carbo was suspenseful. Dave Harrold kept in guessing. Rock Ponder, the main character has a way of doing things that are spontaneous and last minute. Readers will never know what direction Rock’s jobs will take him. From doing assignments to finding out at the last minute a hit has been put on his head, to weathering a dusty dessert that gets freezing at night, readers will keep turning the pages.

Then, there the romance bits. Rock has a fantasy thing for his publisher. Penelope. She likes Rock too. However, she keeps him off limits. Strictly business only…until she’s taken into his world of danger, guns, and violence. Penelope discovers she can’t ignore Rock but she doesn’t want a life of looking over her shoulder every time. This puts their relationship at the make it or break it point. Rock is a man who has to be doing some kind of action thrilling assignment. There’s only a matter of time until his next assignment pops up…and that leaves readers like myself wondering where and what Rock will be doing next time. Until then, the suspense and intrigue is worth reading this tale. Overall, I recommend it to all.

Rating: 5 stars

Review:

For Maggie’s Sake by Lora Leigh is a deep emotional journey eye that readers won’t forget. It starts with one woman’s husband. An ex-navy seal who betrays everyone around him including his wife and partner at work. Now, that one dead man’s deeds have fallen upon his wife. Making her not only a target for the bad guys but also a prime suspect to those who should be protecting her life.  But without knowing all the details, the police are at loss of keeping the woman alive even if she proves to be innocent. The story goes hotter, when the man she loves wants to protect her but isn’t sure to believe that she’s innocent. He was fooled by her husband and who is to say she won’t betray him too. He sets out to seduce her for answers…only that set sparks between that can light a fire. The answers he needs and the woman he loves are two inner battles that will keep readers turning the pages. Once more, Lora Leigh has created a sexy suspenseful tale. I loved it. Sexy heroes and strong female characters plus, tons of danger and action make this one hell of a read. For Maggie’s Sake is one romance suspense novel readers will love. I highly recommend it to all.

Review: The Friend Zone

Synopsis:

Chloe

Moses has been my best friend since kindergarten. We met when I shoved him face first in the dirt and took his action figures. Ever since, we’ve been tighter than blood, but we’re not blood, and my body knows that. My heart has known that for years.

The fact that being a pole dancer has interfered with my relationship status is an understatement. Moses is literally the longest I’ve been with a man, except I’m not really ‘with’ him.
Now I’m approaching a place where I’m curious enough to tell him about my feelings. I’ve gotten close, but a man as hot as my bestie has had really small gaps between girlfriends. I know it could be a big mistake, and he’s never seen me that way, but I won’t know for sure unless I act right? Only problem is, I might be too late again.
Moses:

I’m not blind to the fact that my best friend is dangerously hot. She’s basically every man’s dream but she’s not mine. I’m the one that protects her, councils her, and encourages her, knowing she will do the same for me. She’s my girl.
But now something is different, and I can’t put a name to it. Something feels changed, but I’m putting all that on the back burner because I think I found my perfect girlfriend.
Still, Chloe is in my head; I’m not sure she would handle knowing that. After all, I’m in the friend zone…
Rating: 5 stars

Review:

Nicole Strycharz is indeed one of the most talented female writers of this day. Her characters send you into their stories. Making readers want to know every gritty and dark secret they hold. I laughed, cried, and fell deeply in love. Friends is easy. But being good looking plus, awesome friends…tends to stretch the friend zones the characters are inside of…once that is stretched to a boiling, it never goes back to being the same.

Chloe has known Moses all her life just about and she has fallen head over heels for him. But the issues it that she doesn’t want to admit. At least not until, Moses thinks he has found the girl, the it woman for himself. That’s when all her reserves start unweaving. She wants him. Jealousy, a bit of anger, and so much lust. Chloe doesn’t want to ruin her friendship. She let’s Moses do his thing…but as each day nears, she’s going crazy with not being open about her heart.

Moses is the guy all women need. He’s the good friend that can be relied on and love.  Love more than a friend…heck yes. He’s sexy as sin with a charming personality to match it. His over protectiveness he feels towards Chloe, his best friend, should give him signs he’s in love with her. But he ignores the feelings. Doesn’t want to ruin his friendship with her. After all, they friend zoned each other. But despite moving on…he can’t stop thinking about Chloe…

The Friend Zone by Nicole Strycharz leds readers on an epic roller coaster ride. I personally would love to see this novel on the big screens. I’m already trying to think of which leading stars will play Chloe and Moses as well as they’re bad dating partners. This novel has a way of wrapping itself deep around me and pulling me further into its plot. Fast-paced, exciting, and heart melting. They are times, I want to shout out at the lead characters and say, “kiss and marry, already! It’s obvious you guys are perfect for one another!” Yet neither one is sure they would make it as a couple. Both are scared of their feelings in a way. It’s so believable…I felt like I was watching the scenes come alive instead of just reading about them. Nicole Strycharz amazed me with her Duke of Goldenshire, then her novel called, The Divorce, and now, this one. I am stunned. Raw talent award goes to…Nicole Strycharz. She doesn’t just write novels, she takes life and captures it into her book and creates real people in her characters. I love it. Can’t get enough of this writer’s novels. She goes out and beyond each time creating the best masterpiece. Nicole Strycharz’s talent knows no boundaries and is limitless, that’s what I love about her books. You can run free and live inside of them. Perfect romance every time. Overall, The Friend Zone is a definite read for all.

Kyle Jens is the sexy superhero kind of man. Just his presence alone could make any woman melt on the spot. His charming personality makes him the most wanted bachelor. Add his protective bodyguard skills and he’s got it all. Kyle has it all…but love. Rating: 4 stars

Review:

Slain Passion by Chris Lange is a fabulously original story. I was really into the world of the story and had a really difficult time pulling myself away from it. The romance scenes were hot and sexy, and I loved them. However, I honestly thought they took too much attention away from the storyline. The flirtatious banter between Conroy and Kat was enticing and very well written – even added to the story. However, the romantic scenes seemed a bit forced rather than a natural occurrence within the story line. I also would have liked to know the gender and age of the main character earlier on within the story. It was a bit confusing. I kept wondering what her age and gender was and it took me out of the story a bit. Overall, the story was amazing. I will definitely read it again.

Review:

Once more, Joe Cosentino is indeed my favorite writer. He has surprised me with another fabulous rich tale. This time; however, he has taken famous fairy tale stories we all know and put a whole new spin, upon them. Tales like Cinderella and a few others can be found inside, The Naked Prince and Other Tales.

I loved how Joe Cosentino made a few tales into a more interesting read yet. His writing style has a way of luring readers into unknown territories and leaving them with a taste for more. The Naked Prince and Other Tales brings up several different themes one like the love of two men who are complete opposites. These two meet and love is tapping them on the shoulder. Humor as always is to be expected when reading this new book. I love fairy tales and the creative ways that Joe Cosentino retold them. Definitely for adult eyes only due to the adult content mentioned.

I got to meet a wide variety of intriguing characters. Characters like Goldilocks and the three Bears are amazing. Their lives pull in readers. I was enticed as well as enchanted. Twists like readers never expected are found with each new fairy tale. Funny, sexy, and entertaining, this new novella collection is a must read for all. The Naked Prince and Other Tales is truly an enjoyable book. I can’t wait to read more by this talented writer. An adventure of a lifetime!

Her Fiery Viking by AJ Tipton is a sexy short romance. One that hooks readers in from the beginning. I was definitely hooked. There characters were interesting. Cursed and full of rage. Then, there’s another twist. His soon to be mate is also, a person full of rage at the world. Together they can keep each other under control. Only You is a highly entertaining romance. A contemporary story that will win the hearts of readers everywhere. Denise Grover Swank has definitely won my heart and soul to her world of fiction. I was enchanted. Beautifully told. Her characters were realistic and charming. Imagine two next door neighbors who meet upon chance. Once they meet, they are forever doomed. Can’t get enough of the other one. Both in and outside of the bedroom. However, as always there are life’s complications getting in their way of a possible happily-after-ever. Only You is the perfect title. Its suggestion highlights the main theme of the story. Only you…is exactly what each character thinks when it comes to spending time together. Only the two of them can be together. However, former Marine’s mother has his new love stuck in a sticky situation… one that could end up her leaving her without a job. Without a job, she can’t take care of her grandmother who suffers from dementia. The ex-Marine, can’t deny his attraction to the woman so, he does what any desperate man would do. Wait. But then the woman decides she doesn’t want to wait and when an opportunity of a lifetime opens up, they both will have to take the risk and jump it or forever feel regret. Don’t miss the thrilling conclusion to SEALionaire, the sexy Navy SEAL romance by MS Parker and Shiloh Walker.

Rating: 5 stars

Review:

Sealionaire (Book 3) by both MS Parker and Shiloh Walker is the final journey. First off, I have to say that both MS Parker and Shiloh Walker are a great team. Their combined writing efforts in making this series were fantastic. I was already a major fan of Shiloh Walker’s novels. Her stories brilliant. Then, reading this new series introduced me to another talented writer, MS Parker. I will now, be looking out for her novels as well. Hot, sexy, and a book readers won’t be able to resist. I couldn’t put it down. This last story had every element I loved. Danger, raw desires, and a suspense that kept me lured. Baited me instantly. Hooked me after reading the first page. The ending was explosive.

Sealionaire (Book 3) offered a sexy Navy Seal as the bodyguard. I can already sense the appeal. A man who knows how to react to a deadly environment as well as protecting the innocent. Here, his job just got more interesting. He will have to put every skill he knows into saving a woman. A woman who has him so aroused that it’s hard not to grin. The tipping was that the leading female character felt just as intensely about the bodyguard as he did her. As the threat of danger rose so, did their heat and attraction for one another. Absolutely, charming and steamy. After reading this romantic suspense tale, readers will be begging for more. It’s a read, readers can’t miss. Overall, I highly recommend Sealionaire (book 3) to readers everywhere.

Drawn to a Cowboy by Fifi Flowers is another brilliant masterpiece by this talented writer. I love her books. The characters are created with just the right amount or realism to make them believable. Sexy heroes and a strong heroine. A combination that I love.

Here, inside Drawn to a Cowboy, two characters meet by chance. Boy does fate have things in store for them. Neither character planned on it but both will be stuck like glue. Fiesty, addictive, and sweet. Who knew a cowboy would come to an artist’s recuse by offering her a job at his ranch. Once he makes the offer, he’s not sure how or what will transpire next. But the heat turns up higher with every page. The undeniable attraction will keep readers turning the pages. The sexy cowboy has just presented one woman a chance that she will have to risk. Rating: 5 stars

Review:

Just One Week by Alice Gaines is an sexy, hilarious, yet entertaining read. This novel mentions how to friends grew apart over an incident and now, they are finally facing each other again. Except neither one expected the other to be so hot looking. Remembering each other as the other kid is one thing but now as adults their their secret crush on each other will come to light. Fighting chemistry is a losing situation. Michelle and Alex can’t ignore the heat, or else it will consume them beyond repair. As they are forced to be together for family anniversary, they will have to be in each other’s sight all the time. However, Alex is dealing with three issues. His desire for Michelle, getting her to forgive him for the incident that happened years ago, and fighting the fear of what his best friend will think. Having a crush on a best friend’s sister is not cool. So many relationships can get screwed up, however, if it’s already screwed up what harm can come? Delicious, intriguing, and beautifully written. I could not put the novel down…the characters will keep readers reading all night long. Overall, I loved the strong characters and their differences. It made the story feel real. I highly recommend Alice Gaines’ novel Just One Week to all.

Review:

A Perfect Plan by Alyssa Drake is an intoxicating read. The words fill one’s mind and send the heart racing. The raw desires brings out a chemistry so strong I could hardly believe I was simply reading about them. But intimacy isn’t the only exciting part of this novel. Alyssa Drake has also, masterfully woven a suspenseful yet deadly mystery into her historical romance. I have never felt so pumped about reading a historical tale than I have when reading this book. The pages come to life. Showing readers as they follow along. The chemistry builds with every page. Creating an intense atmosphere. The danger ahead is oe that will keep readers on the edge of their seats in wait.

Alyssa Drake creates a story of a young woman who only had her brother. When info comes in saying his boat has sunk she is soon called back into society to play a part. Samantha was just getting used to not having a man around to boss her around nor have to be anything society asked until recently. The plot thickens when news that her father had been murdered. Benjamin a friend of Samantha’s brother made a promise to take care of Sammantha if anything foul happened. So, when fate calls him to fulfill the promise made he at first hates his new duty but after meeting Sammantha he soon falls fast. But the danger isn’t over yet. Sammantha might also be in danger as well…and Benjamin’s plans for seducing her will have to wait. Overall, I loved reading this brilliant novel. I loved the characters and their troubles. Well-written and entertaining. I highly recommend A Perfect Plan to readers everywhere.

Review:

Unlucky in Love by Maggie McGinnis is the best romance. I love the characters, the scenes and all. Maggie McGinnis has a way of showing a story to readers and leaving them in the story even after they have reached the last page. The emotions were real. The tension from both of the main characters was like a playing a tug of war with themselves and not winning. A sexy hot cowboy, who has had it rough in growing up…doesn’t want to be anything like his father. He keeps trying not to fall for the red headed beauty that walked into his life. But something keeps tugging him right back to her. Like an undeniable attraction of a magnet. Then, there’s the good girl nurse. She does everything to help her mother who can be a lot to handle at times. Her younger sister ends of leaving the majority of responsibility onto her shoulders. However, her sister is also, a good friend when it comes to her bad ex. Being left two weeks before one’s wedding is a raw enough scar…but only time will tell if both the cowboy and nurse can have a happily ever after or forever e cursed.  Unlucky in Love is a new must read for all. I can’t think of one reason why readers wouldn’t love this contemporary sweet yet sexy romance. One that takes place in the West. Did I mention hot cowboys with a heart of gold? Overall, I highly recommend this novel to all.

Review: She’s Got a Way

Synopsis:

Gabriela O’Brien is devoted to the girls at Briarwood Academy—even when their bad behavior earns them an entire summer at a remote campground in Echo Lake, Vermont. When the headmaster assigns Gabi to be their chaperone, how can she refuse? A long, hot summer with neither indoor plumbing nor wireless access might be just what she needs to get her own life in order…right?

Before Briarwood took over Camp Echo, Luke Magellan spent years there helping troubled boys. When four spoiled rich girls and their seemingly uptight den mother show up for the summer, it’s hard to hide his amusement as he watches them tackle the great outdoors. But it’s even tougher to resist the passion he sees in Gabi—especially when he learns about her past, and sees how much she cares about her students. Is this destined to be just a grown-up version of a summer-camp romance—or can they find enough in common to build a love for all seasons?

Rating: 5 stars

Review:

She’s Got A Way by Maggie McGinnis is an exciting adventure. One that takes readers outdoors to a faraway camp. Welcome to Camp Echo. A beautiful lake and scenery all around it…but there are only two buildings on the site. A place for eating and the administrative building. That’s where the plot gets more exciting…add a group of five teenage girls and their home mother and all hell breaks loose. The girls are taken to Camp Echo which now operates under the rule by their snobbish all girls school. The girls past actions have caused them to be sent to the camp. A way for them to suffer for the trouble they all have caused. The home mother had already made plans to go away for the summer yet the snobbish boss forced her to go with the girls. Now, all five have to learn how to survive the outdoors or drive each other bear crazy. Speaking of bears…readers are in for a sweet surprise.

Maggie McGinnis is a talented writer. Her world of fiction excites, intrigues, and creates emotional attachments to the characters. I really loved how each character is realistically flawed and learns how to let go and move forward despite their situations. The teenage girls learn more at Camp Echo then they will in their rich all girls school. Maybe friendships can be made. Then there’s a possibility of love in the air. Home mother and the handyman at Camp Echo have it bad. It’s hard to put the book down. The characters had me laughing, crying, and falling in love with them. This was definitely a feel-good contemporary romance. Love, life, and new beginnings. She’s Got A Way is a must read for all. Overall, I highly recommend this novel.

Regret the Day I Said Yes by Regina Swanson is one brilliant masterpiece. Talk about drama! This story is full of drama. The emotions are so intense and flying everywhere. Readers will be intrigued from the first page. The action and suspense of what will be, keeps readers hooked. Regina Swanson has once again, put her superb writing into another fabulous read. When men have it good with a good decent woman…they somehow think they need something more because their lives got too boring or too hard to handle. Wusses. If a man needs another woman on the side then, the issues lie with him. The wives and other women in this story are realistic that it’s funny. I can visualize all the scenes. Regret the Day I Said Yes is more like a fast-paced movie than a novel. Detailed just enough to pop images into readers’ minds. Jealousy, rage, lust and the feeling of loss are all woven into this title. Great emotional journey. Ups and downs just like real life. Regina Swanson has a way of making her novels real. It’s hard to believe they’re just fiction. Juicy, steamy, and addictive. I managed to read the whole novel in an hour. Absolutely, loved reading this urban romance. The harsh realities that couples face when their loved one cheats…hurts. Friends are more entangled in each other’s lives than they thought. Sex with the other person’s partner. Yet not all couples know that their partner is cheating until it comes out in the open. Children are angry because their father cheated on their mom. Then the woman he cheated with is awful towards his kids…now, he’s rethinking his relationship with her. Friendships are forever changed. The sparks and desires are enchanting. Overall, I highly recommend this novel to readers everywhere.

Review:

Hearts Unloched by Claire Gem is a hot, steamy, yet emotional read. The story is about loss, love, and spirits needing closure. All it takes is…a wealthy Italian man to purchase an antique place. His intentions are to restore it and turn it into a hotel. The Shipley Hotel. Somehow by fate, he meets a gorgeous woman who happens to be an interior designer. A woman that he wants to share his bed with forever. She is  one that captures his heart from the beginning…

Kate almost died when she was younger. Now, she sees and communicates with ghosts. Something about the place where she is designing frightens her. Something bad. Maro is a hot Italian man who drives her crazy. He feels a connection to a woman who admitted that she not only sees but talks to ghosts. Got to love a hot sexy man who doesn’t run away nor treat a woman bad after hearing all that. Hearts Unloched will have readers on the edge of their seats. Suspense drives readers to turn the pages faster. Ghosts have a way of destroying or making your life better. Maro and Kate may find their peace after all…but it all depends on the restorations and what they can do to set the ghosts free. Overall, the novel is well-written and I loved reading it. Characters were real. Also, they were easy to connect with on every level. I highly recommend Hearts Unloched by Claire Gem. Her talent is amazing. Can’t wait to read her next paranormal romance.

Unexpected Submissive (book 2) by G.J. Cox is a deliciously hot read. But that’s not all. There’s danger, suspense, and intrigue brilliantly wrapped into this exciting tale.  Readers will once again be swept off their feet into the romance of two amazing characters. Their love just began to express itself when trouble heads their way…threats from an insane stalker. Fear, worry, and stress soon head to the couple’s way. No way of tracking the evil man down. Then, the worst happens. Belle is taking from her Dom. That’s when the danger hits off the charts. The suspense fo what happens next will keep readers turning the pages in a rush. I loved this writer’s talent. Her words held me hostage in her world of fiction. The emotional journey is one that felt so real. I thought I was Belle. The thoughts, feelings, and actions of the characters felt like they were my own. My heart raced…the intrigue killed me. Readers will not be able to get enough of G.J. Cox’s characters. Their story is well-told. Masterfully woven elements that bait, hook, and capture readers into the book. Unexpected Submissive is sexy, addictive, and a definite must read for all. I wanted to cry, to scream, and to relive the story all over again once I finished it. Wow! Absolutely, perfect in every way. Carried enough of everything to keep me lured. Overall, I highly recommend this romance to readers everywhere.

Review:

Must Love Wieners by Casey Griffin is a good laugh-out-loud romantic comedy with danger added to it. I love good romance stories that bring out some of the things I love. I love animals…especially dogs. The main character, Piper, is close to becoming a vet. But until then she’s barely scraping by with the odd ends jobs. Her job as a pizza delivery didn’t work out…then her job singing customized telegrams led her to a crazed male stalker and even a possible love match…Yep, Piper’s life is an interesting roller coaster from the beginning to end. Casey Griffin’s writing is superb. I can’t wait for book two to come out to read the next best adventure. Every page was filled with excitement, humor, heat, and suspense. I, like Piper, had suspicions on who was behind the crimes but couldn’t put my finger on it. Absolutely, a great romance that is hot sexy and perfect for all. Readers won’t be forgetting this romantic story. Overall, I highly recommend Must Love Wieners to readers everywhere.

Review:

The Playboy’s Proposal by Ashlee Mallory is one that features a proposal made between two exact opposites. One is a smart loving doctor with no social life but her family. Then there is the neighbor. He’s hot sexy and extremely wealthy. Except there is one minor problem…okay scratch that…a major issue at play. The rich guy plays music way up loud…that a doctor can’t get sleep for the next work day. She bounds over to him and tells him to turn it down as well as to stop blocking her driving spot. Then, he turns it down…only later on, to find out that he’s been fined for so many things. This might be the moment when he loses his home and tons of money for a neighbor’s complaint. But to put a stop to the committee kicking his butt he needs to make a quick but best proposal to his neighbor…one that she won’t be able to let go. It there that they start hanging out in order to up a doctor’s social love life. Only there’s much at stake here. Hearts might just get broken in the process unless fate has other ideas…

The Playboy’s Proposal is the first novel I have read by Ashlee Mallory. I was immediately taken in with her characters. Both of the characters have sad stories. But maybe fate can pull them a happy ending. The chemistry is hot enough to start the pages on fire. Kissing that leads to dreams of wanting more…but is it something that they really want? I got swept off my feet and pulled into the story. Fast-paced and well told. I loved following the hot tale as well as the emotional journey. Overall, The Playboy’s Proposal is definitely a romance novel I recommend to all.

Awakening to You by Fifi Flowers is a definite must read for all. Talk about a powerful love that blows readers away. I have fallen in love with the characters and with Fifi Flower’s writing. Absolutely, amazing how strong both leading characters are in their lives. Of course, life and love are never easy to juggle but these two manage it well. Issues like a woman working in a male-dominated area are one of my favorite topics to read. Here, I was enchanted by it in Awakening to You. Hot, sexy, sensual and enticing. Every one of Fifi Flowers novels gets hotter with each book. I wouldn’t be able to choose which of her novels is my favorite. I would have to take them all…beware, once readers read this, they will never stop reading it. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful well-written tale to readers everywhere.

Review: Beyond the Stars

Synopsis:

Falling for him wasn’t in the plans…

Most girls would kill for the opportunity to work for Jack McAlister, Hollywood’s hottest actor, but twenty-one-year-old Jessica Beckett is ready to kick him out of her red Ford Fiesta and never look back. Instead, she’s reluctantly working as Jack’s personal assistant, thanks to her powerhouse talent agent aunt.

Jack is private, prickly, and downright condescending. Jessica pushes his buttons—she’s not the type of girl to swoon over celebrity heartthrobs, precisely why her aunt thought she’d be perfect for the job—and Jack pushes right back.

But as she begins to peel away his layers, Jessica is shocked to find she craves her boss’s easy smile and sexy blue eyes. The problem is, so does the entire female population. And what started out as the job from hell soon has Jess wondering if a guy like Jack could ever find love with a regular girl like her.

Review:

Beyond the Stars by Stacy Wise is a contemporary romance that is well-written. Her story blew me away. Here, we have a typical movie star who asserts authority over everyone including his new assistant. Yet, as the time flies by…his assistant sees him more as a human being portrayed wrong by media. There’s trouble ahead for both of them…and only time will tell what sparks between the two. Can individuals with different careers find the happiness they deserve or will it forever be ruined?

Beyond the Stars is a laugh-out-loud kind of read. Imagine a high profile woman giving her ex-boyfriend slash popular movie star a pig…because she thinks it fits him. Somehow, he has everyone convinced that his ex, gave him the pet pig as a gift of love rather than as a bad statement. The pig is sort of like the Marley and Me tale. It’s funny as hell but will also make readers cry and fall in love too. Stacy Wise’s writing is superb. I loved reading this novel by her. Overall, I would highly recommend it to readers everywhere. I look forward to reading the next best adventure by this brilliant writer.

Review:

Wrapped in You by Jules Bennett is a contemporary romance that instantly drags readers into the plot. This is a hot, sexy, sizzling read. The action and intrigue will continue to capture the hearts, souls, and minds of readers. I myself have fallen in love with the story. Deep and emotional. The journey is stunning. Wrapped in You is about loss, love, and hope for the future. Many hearts are on the line and only time will tell if they heal or worsen…

Jules Bennett’s writing is superb. I am fascinated by her world of fiction. This was the first of her novels, I have read. Believable plot lines and irresistible characters. Wrapped in You will wrap itself around readers and keep them held in for a long time. Funny, sweet, sad, yet highly satisfying. Jules Bennett’s latest novel brings a lot to digest. It’s definitely worth reading. Loss of a loved one, past injuries and mistakes and an old love flame that keeps burning hotter with every page. Trust, hope, and love may just be within the reach for these perfect characters. Or maybe not. Readers will run after the bad boy Zach who has a lot to live, through…like the loss of a sister, hard feelings between him and his brother, and then the woman he loved and left hurting.  Overall, I highly recommend this brilliant romance to all.

Review:

No Way Up by Mary Connealy is by far the most heated, intriguing and clean romance that I have read. The heat and chemistry send off enough sparks to light a fire. There’s enough sibling rivalry that left me laughing so hard. Danger is found on every page. The plot is fast-paced.  I enjoyed following a story that involved a family being brought together again. Family, courage, love, and faith are all themes of this riveting novel. I found myself lost within the pages instantly.

This was the first novel, I have read by Mary Connealy. Her talent is raw and impressive to all. The characters are so different from each other but hold the same values. The life threatening situation of a father having been seriously injured and may not live…the siblings are now, left to full-fill their father’s wishes. If they don’t the land, money, and all will go to a much hated and despised family member. Then, there’s a ranch hand who has fallen in love with the boss’s daughter. But until the accident with her father, the woman hasn’t spent much thoughts on him. After all, he’s just a lowly cowhand. But once the danger has crept upon them all, the lowly cowhand stayed to help the family. A family that has grown to respect him. Learning how family life worked, the cowhand now thinks of trying to go back to see his brothers. But first, they must all live through the danger and even lay out their hearts. Will they survive or fall apart? Overall, I highly recommend No Way Up to all. A Christian romance that readers won’t want to miss.
