Review:

Once more, Delores Fossen has wowed me with her writing. This novel was just as superb as the rest of her books. I can’t resist a sexy cowboy and a stubborn heroine. Together they both must go through the danger and risks of losing those they love. Right away, my heart was melting. I felt the characters’ emotions. Anger, loss, fear, and pent up frustration. The heat was at the all time high. Their passion leaves them with a child. I especially, loved how the lawman aka cowboy was just as stubborn as the heroine. Their lust and attraction was intense. Lucas by Delores Fossen was exciting to read. Action, suspense, and a brewing romance.

Inside Lucas, I meet the cowboy who had his way with Hailey. Hailey has their child and is running from something dangerous. But then complications came tumbling her way. Once again leading her back to Lucas. Lucas is struggling with his emotions. He wants his child to be safe as well as the mother. However, the woman is sparking new feelings that don’t just include protectiveness. His heart is on the line. It was fun watching the lawman fight to keep his son safe. A tough and sexy man whose finger is wrapped around an infant’s made me go weak for him. Sweet, engaging, and a beautiful told story. Delores Fossen has created another brilliant plot. Instantly, I was swept up into the characters and their situations. Overall, I highly recommend this new novel to all.

Review:

Lone Star Blues by Delores Fossen is another story about a sexy as hell cowboy who got himself into a reckless situation. Before that, his wife left him and his heart broke. Now, he faces the consequences and is raising a kid whose mother didn’t want to be bothered. When news travels to Jordan’s wife, she comes back to him with hopes to raise the baby, together. But fear places them both at odds with each other. Their chemistry is still there. However, it is up to them to figure out where they are headed and what they really want. Life is always completed and messy. Delores Fossen easily captures this into her latest novel, Lone Star Blues. I enjoyed reading this sexy cowboy romance. Overall, I recommend this book to readers.

Review:
The Cowboy’s Mail Order Bride by Carolyn Brown is the best. It’s emotional, gooey, and sweet. Hot, sexy, and funny too. I feel in love with all of the characters. The older ladies, were funny and caring individuals. They made me want to move in with them. Sure they can be bossy and sassy, but they were real. The featured cowboy, was a wonderful man. He has so much to offer the strong, independent, yet beautiful cowgirl. They were made for each other. I can go on with more details, but I will give away the entire book. I loved reading this book. Ranching, cowboy auction, and online dating are some things mentioned here. I can’t remember laughing as hard as I have when I read this novel. I couldn’t put it down…Carolyn Brown hooked me right into her world of fiction. Overall, I recommend this third book to all readers.

Sam Mendes is through with love—or so he thought. Still recovering from a breakup, he’s doing everything in his power to resist Mia Ford. It’s bad enough she’s the kind of beauty who drives men wild with desire. It’s even worse she’s got him so worked up, aching to kiss her lips, when he’s supposed to be working her ranch. Is this lovestruck cowboy willing to risk losing his job—and breaking his heart—to win the girl of his dreams?

Review:

Cowboy Stole My Heart by Soraya Lane is an entertaining tale. A young woman who has always loved a man. And a man who is broken and trying to stay away from love. Then, there’s the magnetic pull he feels towards one untouchable woman, Mia. Sam knows he can’t have her. She’s his boss. Mia knows what she wants but isn’t sure how to make it work…

Attraction, lust, and a common love of working on a ranch…is found in this heated title. Soraya Lane writes with a clear purpose. To seduce her readers and engage their hearts…that’s exactly what happened, here. I was hooked. I felt the characters’ feelings and their dilemmas. It was funny, sweet, and charming. Temptation day in and day out will eventually get them both…it’s just a matter of time. Cowboy Stole My Heart is a sexy contemporary romance. I enjoyed reading it. It wasn’t as powerful as some in its genre but it still was powerful enough to keep me reading it. Overall, I recommend it.

Review

Second Chance Cowboy is the second book that I’ve read by Joanne Rock. I was amazed by her talent with her other book that I read before this one. Her characters literally pop off the pages. Bringing the story to readers in live motion. I felt like I was there experiencing it all in both the main characters’ shoes. I got the best perspectives from the leading female and male protagonists. Their thoughts, actions, and words could easily be felt and understood.

Joanne Rock made me cry happy tears while reading this contemporary romance novel. I also laughed a lot. Cowboy rancher, Matt, just has affect on women. Especially, Larissa, aka Rissa. Sexy as hell, Mattcan make any woman swoon on spot. But the one woman he wanted left him eight years ago. Now, he finds her back in their ranching world. This time, he’s not ready to let her go…

Larissa is having a crappy life. Her dancing career did hit it off until her injury. Her hips still give her pain. But she still wants to audition in Las Vegas. However, on her way there, she stops home to seek forgiveness and a fresh start. Little does Larissa know that fate has more in stored for her than she planned. Like resurfering sparks between her and Matt. Matt…looked even better than she remembered. She wants him again. Feeling a bit jealous of the girl hitting on him, Larissa skates her feelings. Then, Matt’s sister ends up forcing them together for her wedding. Close proximity with each other will set off memories they never forgot…

Second Chance Cowboy is the latest novel by Joanne Rock. I love how she created so many raw emotions within me. The journey was epic. Addictive, hot, and charming. Every page was well-written. The entire story went by faster than I thought. The actions of the protagonists sped up my reading. I was so eager to find out what happened between them that I soon found the last page. And it was so good. Better than good. Superb. I have fallen in love for the second time with Joanne Rock’s writing. She delivers only the best for her readers every time. Overall, I recommend this sexy cowboy romance to all.

Review:

Long Time Gone by Mary Connealy is the second book to the first one I read in this new series. Mary Connealy has a way of creating three-dimensional characters that pull readers like me inside their world. Fast-paced, exciting, and completely dangerous. An air of mystery is on every page. The characters are an interesting group. A family experiencing threats, a sibling injured, and a doctor’s assistant who lures a brother like a moth to a flame…

Mary Connealy’s, Long Time Gone, is a suspenseful yet mysterious read. The action keeps readers moving constantly. I was always on my toes wondering what was going to happen next. A family is facing threats of losing their family ranch. One member of theirs is already injured and might be on the mend…which leaves some time to figuring out what’s really happening and why. But as with the previous novel, Mary Connealy leaves more questions than answers. The suspense is great. Some answers are answered but there’s more that has yet to be answered. This will entice readers like me to look out for the next book in this series. Clean, romantic, and full of adventure. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this stunning plot. Overall, I would recommend it to all.

Book Review: Cowboy Take Me Away by Soraya Lane

Cowboy Take Me Away by Soraya Lane is an excellent read for those who love a romance with sexy challenging characters that come to life. I choose this novel because the cover drew my eyes into reading what the story was about and then I was forever lured in. A deep complex plot like no other and irresistible scenes that will tug at readers hearts. Soraya Lane definitely knows how to leave her readers breathless and in suspense.

Cowboy Take Me Away is exactly that. One cowboy who got under one woman’s skin and has never once left her thoughts. Now, many years later, Hope Walker carries the greatest secret of all. How does one keep the fact that one very hot cowboy has a child. A child he’s never known about? But that’s not the only complication that heads into Hope’s and Chase King’s lap. Somebody stole the special high quality sperm for the King Ranch herd. But who? Chase has lived with the fact that he let go the one woman who means the world to him and now, she’s back and not only that but has a child too. Fate definitely has major plans for the two old lovers and it’s going to get a whole lot hotter and more exciting as the plot unfolds. Daring, bold, and beautifully well-written, Soraya Lane has brought together one unforgettable masterpiece that will stick with readers forever. I loved reading this romantic novel and following the family as their journey begins. I highly recommend this to readers worldwide and rate it a five out of five stars.

The Hired Boyfriend Part 1

Tim Daniels was a hard, tough, young cowboy. He enjoyed farming and ranching. His parents left him their small white brick house, small land, and a small heard of angus cattle. Tim worked long hours fixing the fence to keep his cattle safe. What he didn’t know was that he was going to find a small, petite, red head laying in his hay stack. After a few moments staring at the woman’s figure, especially her ass, he nudges her foot gently. Not wanting to startle the woman. But then again she was tresspassing into his property.

Maria McCarn, wasn’t the type to tresspass, but she was exhausted. Having been in the run from a man in the city who wanted her dead, she could not walk anymore. Seeing the golden hay stack ,she takes some making a soft bed. Then laying down, she feel asleep instantly.
Having not sleep long she feels something hitting her foot. Looking up sees a man. No, a cowboy standing over her. He was tall, broad shoulder and cute. Her five o’clock shadow gave him a sexy tough guy look.
“Ma’am, I have to ask you why are you sleeping on my hay?”

Feeling her ached body and sensing she looked like a homeless person, she got up.
“I needed a place to rest for a moment.”
Looking at her state of wrinkled clothes and exhaustion in her eyes, he felt sympathy for the strange woman.
” If you follow me, I’ll make you some breakfast.”
Hearing the handsome cowboy’s offer, Maria heard her stomach grumble. It’s been days since she had a decent meal.
“If you insist, I would be grateful to you.”
“I definitely insist, Ma’am.”
Walking back to his house with the woman following behind him, Tim wonders why and how she got here? Was she in danger?
