Review:

Duke with Benefits by Manda Collins is a brilliant historical. Manda Collins has a lot to offer readers in this exciting tale. From a strong heroine with a stunning mathematical mind to a good looking Duke. Both travel together to solve a mystery that the Duke’s dead aunt left behind for them all. A cipher most wanted by all. If uncoded, can lead to a massive amount of gold that in the wrong hands can led to a war. But that’s not all. A spy once for the government is after the cipher. One person has died, another struggling to live, and two are kiddnapped. The action, intrigue, and suspense are worthy for all. I couldn’t stop reading this engaging romance. The heat level was enticing…I loved the Duke and his soon to be wife. But first he’ll have to convince her marriage to him is what she wants and needs. Overall, Duke with Benefits is addictive. I recommend it to readers worldwide.

The Magnate’s Marriage Merger by Joanne Rock is a novel full of passion. Talk about desire! This read is hot as fire. Both main characters will be playing with something they can’t resist nor deny. That is what makes this a compelling tale.

Inside The Magnate’s Merger, I met a tycoon, Ian McNeill. He is wanting to know who is messing with his family and why. Then, he finds the answer. Someone he knew from his past. Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Turn Me Loose by Anne Calhoun is a novel to die for. The heat is massive. Raw chemistry increases with every page. The lust has the two main characters locked on each other. But there is more than just lust going on between Ian and Riva. History that brought them together is now, repeating itself. Placing Riva into a difficult spot. One that could endanger all the people she loves as well as her own life. Themes of drugs, violence, abuse, and hope are found within these pages. I was hooked from the beginning.

Turn Me Loose is exactly as the title suggests. A police officer, Ian Hawthorn, turns himself loose from his career to keep the one woman he loves, safe. He also, turns loose the woman he loved in the past ofor his career. Then, we see that a young guy is turned loose for a second chance at life. Anne Calhoun has once more drugged me with her powerful plot and irresistible charcaters. It was hard not to love both Ian and Riva. Their story pulled at my heart, made me laugh and cry. The ending was just as satisfactory as the rest of the book. Overall, I recommend it to readers everywhere.

Review:

Perefect Pleasures by Deborah Fletcher Mello is a contemporary African American novel. It’s heat level is packed full. The charcaters’ chemistry ignites with every page. Lighting a fiery passion within them. One is after the other for answers. She won’t stop until she gets what she wants. However, neither charcater expected the raw desires to flare up…

This novel looked good. It’s written fine. But there’s really no personal connection from the reader to the charcaters. The story is all sexual which is fine, since the title suggests that. It just felt like the emotional connection between characters wasn’t really developed. They struggle with their issues. It’s like they are hiding from reality by having sex. Other than those issues, the book was fine. Entertaining read overall. I haven’t read any previous novels by Deborah Fletcher Mello so, I can’t compare how her writing fell from the others. But her novel holds promise, just needs more work.

As usual, nothing is as it seems when romance blossoms once again at Cozzi Cove. What secrets, mysteries, and passions lie waiting to unfold? Find out in Book Four of the Cozzi Cove series.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Cozzi Cove: New Beginnings by Joe Cosentino is the fourth best gay romantic comedy I have read. The entire Cozzi Cove Series is perfect thus far. Each book represents new events, political agendas, sexy characters, and happy endings. Plus, Joe Cosentino has once more added his brand of humor to this book. I can’t decide which book within the series is the best. Because each one is unique and ties together. The writer has a flare for creating the juiciest plots, unexpected twists, and a romance that sizzles with passion. The heat is a amazing…

Inside this latest novel, readers will find out just how close Cal’s family is and how it’s growing. A baby to come. Michael is once again having some sad moments where he feels like an outsider. He Issue of finding a job has him feeling out of sorts. But he and his husband Cal are close. Their romance made me blush. So bold and strong…felt believable. They each compliment the other. Joe Cosentino has sprung an interesting plot with the new title. Of course, the story follows as the title suggests, new beginnings. I loved how the woman carrying Cal’s and Micheal’s baby was while pregnant. Her comments made me laugh so hard. The struggles women go through while carrying a baby for nine months…can be crazy. Then, the interesting set of charcaters add spice and variety to Cozzi Cove. There’s never a boring moment at the Cozzi Cove place. Buzzing with cool people, new budding romances, and more surprises lie ahead. I have read many gay fictional pieces, but none of them have as much life to them as Joe Cosentino’s Cozzi Cove Series and Nicky and Noah Series have. It’s like Joe pours his whole heart, soul, and mind into each character, scene, and plot. I feel an array of emotions from the pages that hit me hard and good. It a book doesn’t provoke an emotional response than it’s not worth reading. I could feel and almost see the charcaters as they went about their lives. Cozzi Cove: New Beginnings is a definite must read. I know with a doubt that readers worldwide will fall in love with this book as much as I have. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Never Trust a Pirate
is part of the Regency-set Playful Brides series by Valerie Bowman.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Never Trust A Pirate by Valerie Bowman is a scandalous read. An English rogue who has a twin brother that’s a spy. But little does the spy know his twin, Cade, also works for the government. Cade goes about life feeling like a black sheep due to his mother. However, his life gets shaken when a so called lady’s maid, Danielle, walks into his life. She’s not what she seems. A spy plus more. She’s sent to spy on Cade because he leaves the English government suspicious of his absences. No one knows what his plans are or how long he plans to stay home. Danielle’s life has never been easy. Her mother is thrown in jail, and now, her mother’s health isn’t good. Danielle works as a spy in order to take care of her mother.  But now, danger is rising…both physical and emotional. Love might just hit both Cade and the mysterious lady, Danielle. I loved the humor and the brewing romance. The scenes were engaging and hot. Danielle is taught never to trust a pirate but then again, Cade isn’t a pirate. The suspense and heat is powerfully displayed on every page. I found Never Trust A Pirate very entertaining and well worth reading. Overall, I highly recommend it to all.

Review: The Dangerous Billionaire

Synopsis:

Money doesn’t always change the man in this new standalone romance from Jackie Ashenden.
Navy SEAL Sullivan “Van” Tate has been called home to reluctantly inherit an empire and finds himself facing the most difficult mission of all: love.
“Sinfully sexy.”–Opal Carew on Mine to Take
Nothing about Sullivan “Van” Tate is what it seems. A Navy SEAL raised among the New York City elite, Van prefers heart-pounding action over a Wall Street corner office. But when his adoptive father dies and his business rivals move in to overtake his empire, Van must suit up to save the company and protect the one woman most forbidden to him…and the object of Van’s most dangerous desires.
Chloe Tate is as ambitious as she is gorgeous. With a newfound independence, Chloe is no longer a prisoner on her father’s ranch. But everything changes when losing her father may also mean losing her life. Even with her survival on the line, Chloe can’t deny the burning attraction she feels the moment she locks eyes with Van, her rich, rough and ready, foster brother and the new head of her father’s company. Tall, dark, and muscled, he’s the one man who she has no business being with. But how can she resist a Navy Seal Warrior when he’ll do anything to protect her?

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

The Dangerous Billionaire by Jackie Ashenden was brilliant. A family torn apart by a dead father’s secrets. A man who couldn’t have kids adopted and accepted four children to raise as his own. His heirs. The father is a rich man who made his money from oil. After his death he wrote a will. Stating that his eldest adoptiveson, Van Tate, is the sole heir of both the Tate oil company and the ranch. But there lies the problem…the ranch was to go to the youngest. Chloe Tate was told by her father that’s she would inherit the ranch. However, he’s dead now, and he left behind more problems than promises kept.

Chloe is called out to New York by Tate. She soon learns that he has inherited everything…including the family ranch. Chloe is frustrated at how Tate makes her feel. Tate, too, has deep feelings for his adoptive sister, Chloe. They both try to push the feelings away. But neither succeed and now, the stakes are high as well as the danger. Secrets…Chloe and Tate both find out her real parentage. Shock isn’t the only emotional released after the news. The emotional journey from beginning to end was intense. Powerfully written and engaging in every way possible. Tate soon becomes exactly as the title suggests, The Dangerous Billionaire. Jackie Ashenden has thoroughly impressed me with her applause male heroes and stubborn heroine. The plot twists were unexpected but very good. Enticing, hot, and sweet. I loved reading this contemporary romance novel. Overall, I highly recommend it to all.

Review:

Accidentally on Purpose by Jill Shalvis is the most intoxicating romance read ever. Imagine having a sexy hulk in your life daily…he just oozes male and sex. What I really liked was how the tall handsome hulk never went after the gorgeous long legged blonde he worked with…both of the charcaters had restraint to a point. I was amazed. I would have melted on spot like Elle felt every time she went near him. Archer has that no nonsense attitude and he doesn’t like any other man around her…it drives him insane. But she, Elle, deserves the best. It will take some time before he realizes he’s had enough and goes after her. But by then, he’ll need to convince Elle that they fit together.

Once again, Jill Shalvis has created a masterpiece. One that tugs at my heart and has me on a rollercoaster ride. Jealously, need, want, love, laughter…sadness…Accidentally on Purpose has it all. I loved it. The charcaters created a visually engaging tale. One that hooked me from the beginning. A page turner. Hot, addictive, and entertaining. The scenes felt real…the romance kept building up…the suspense was a killer. Jill Shalvis has a talent for  writing the perfect romances that have just the right combination of elements to make readers like me fall in love. Overall, I highly recommend this brilliant story to readers worldwide.

Review: Raphael’s Fling by Alix Nichols

Synopsis:

My name is Mia, and I dream about publishing a book on medieval Paris.

Except… I’m better qualified for writing a manual on how to go from a budding scholar to a pregnant runaway in three easy steps.

– – –

My sister Eva carries a torch for the wrong man. Here’s the gist of my sermons to her: “Drooling over your hunky astronaut boss is a loser’s trek to Calamity with three stops along the way: Heartbreak, Job Loss, and Spinsterhood.”

The thing is, I’m in a terrible—you could even say impossible—position to lecture Eva.
I’m attracted to my own boss.

Raphael d’Arcy is funny, smart, and uber-rich. He’s also smoking hot. That alone should have scared me away, were I not such a dolt, my academic achievements notwithstanding.

But there’s more.

Raphael is France’s most notorious playboy who doesn’t do relationships. He does one-night stands. If sufficiently intrigued, he might do a fling. Which is the most I could ever hope to have with him—a short-lived fling.

So what, right? It’s not the end of the world.

But consider this: Getting my heart broken by Raphael d’Arcy is the least of my worries.

Some very serious merde has been piling up in my life lately.

And it’s about to hit the fan.

RAPHAEL’S FLING is a sexy standalone romantic comedy. No cliffhangers. GUARANTEED: a swoony bad-boy hero, laugh-out-loud moments and a happily-ever-after.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Raphael’s Fling by Alix Nichols is a sexy contemporary romance that will entice many. It hooked me from page one. I was entertained. The plot was fast and held my attention immediately. I was drawn into the drama and realistic scenes. After having read Find You in Paris, I was looking forward to reading this new title. It was just as hot.

Inside this title, I met Raphael d’Arcy. He’s an alpha male that can make any woman swoon on spot. His sexy looks and money make every woman want him. However, Alix Nichols has created more than beats the eye to this man. He has had a past involving a woman and that’s where he’s at now. He was just going through life until he met Mia…

Mia is a graduate student working to pay for her tuition. She works at Raphael’s company. Like all the other women, she has the hots for her boss. She knows he’s a player and that nothing will come of their affair, if they ever have one. Until one kiss, Mia didn’t think she’d ever share anything with her sexy boss. However, lightening strikes, and that leaves Mia’s world spiraling out of control. All thatshe had held dear may just be lost. Someone is threatening her…and only time will tell where she and Raphael will stand once it’s over…

Raphael’s Fling is by far the most enchanting real-life tale. Romance that tugs at my heart and sends me deeper into suspense. So many things can happen and did. Readers will have to dig into the book for the details..overall, I loved it. Believable, heart melting, and stunning. I highly recommend this book to all.

Review:

Mute Desire by Chris Lange is brilliant. The thrilling fantasy led me onto a deep, erotic, and frightening journey. I never knew what to expect. From visions to notes and a deadly unseen enemy, a woman and three others are to be found and safe the world from an enemy. An enemy no one has seen. Kat has visions. Mind blowing ones…especially when it leads to the sexy hulk of a man living near her. He is mostly mute except for one word phrases or when he demands her to do something to him…their passion is hot enough to burn. One man already got close to Kat and her heart and turned out to be a traitor. So, she’s worried about having that happen again. But then she learns she can trust the man with her now. He’s there for her.

Mute Desire brings a world barely hanging on a thread. Danger is everywhere. No where to hide, and an enemy that needs to be fought… but it’s hard when no one knows who the enemy really is. Then, a close ally turns out to be an undercover bad guy…all nightmares break loose. The race is on…and the scenes bring up the fear, intrigue, and suspense…

I couldn’t put this novel down…

Hot, engaging, and truly a page turner.

Chris Lange knew exactly how to lure readers like me into this fictional masterpiece. Mute Desire is an adventure readers don’t want to miss. I highly recommend it to all. Overall, I’m looking forward to the next book.

Review:

Eleanor Meyers has once again, proven herself a worthy writer of historical romances. I found myself dragged into her time period where society rules were difficult and frustrating. Especially, if love was in the equation. A certain way of etiquette was to be expected always…I found it funny, how both characters wanted more than anything to still be in each other’s arms…but couldn’t. Their struggles are sweet, enticing, and addictive. The writing style is entertaining. The plot engaged me in every scenes. I felt like I was watching a movie versus reading words off a page. Fast-paced, intriguing, and sexy. I love the heat tha comes from every novel by Eleanor Meyers…she creates the most intense yet pleasurable reads while maintaining a clean romance. That is a magically talent many lack. But with her, it comes in heaps.

The Gentleman’s Law on Love is a round of mystery. Leading two brilliant characters on a chase for answers. Once the answers are found, their romance will have bloomed. It’s only a matter of time before one or both explodes from the intensity of the raw attraction. Love pure and simple. I loved watching Guy Elkin the Viscount warm to the beauty with blue piercing eyes…a siren to his very soul. An adventure of a lifetime waited me inside this exciting new book. I loved how the leading lady, has the talent of a writer…and how her writing undoes the man of her dreams…perfect romance. Overall, I highly recommend this title to all.

A carriage disaster happens, and Guy Elkin let’s slip a lie about him and Lady Anne. But then his family finds out the lie…and both are going to set his family straight on the truth. However, once Lady Anne meets his family she can’t ignore what she feels and hopes by going along with the lie…that Guy would want her as much as she does him.

Lies and secrets are still kept between them…

Their desire burns hotter with every page.

It is only time, if they both accept their love and move forward or destroy what they have together…

The Gentleman’s Game of Love by Eleanor Meyers is an outstanding novel. I enjoyed the charcaters’ dilemmas, banter, and romance. Adventure, humor, and an unforgettable journey is waiting inside…I was hooked. Overall, I highly recommend it to all.

Review: Somebody’s Baby

Synopsis:

Veterinarian Rory Gallagher chose a different path from his brothers, both of whom became first responders in the lovely little town of Darling, Vermont. Rory’s always had an affinity for animals—and the ladies. Known for his impressive track record in breaking hearts, Rory never meant to hurt anyone; he’s just never been in a hurry to settle down. It’s not as if he needs to pay a visit to the town’s famed Kissing Bridge to magically find love. He’ll know The One when he sees her. . .right?
Oaklee Ferguson is the kid sister of Rory’s best friend—and, even now that she’s all grown up, remains immune to the pet-doctor’s charms. When she shows up at Rory’s clinic late one night—devastated after hitting a stray dog with her car—Rory’s so-called “bedroom eyes” are the last thing on her mind. Still, his care and kindness toward the dog, and his concern for her feelings, catches Oaklee by surprise. . .and soon the two (and rescued dog makes three!) begin to share a deep connection that neither could have ever imagined. Could it be that love has been waiting for them by the bridge all along?

Review:

Somebody’s Baby by Donna Alward is messy, complicated, and super addictive. The characters are three-dimensional. Each character has the internal and external conflicts that make their lives interesting, hot, and sweet. The plot is fast, well-written, and engaging. This was the first novel I have read by this writer, and I was immediately impressed.

Donna Alward’s characters are so real. There’s Oaklee Ferguson who works hard in life and doesn’t accept handouts. Her older brother can easily help her out, but she’s determined to make it on her own. She was puppy dog crazy for her brother’s best friend when she was a teen. However, she ended up dating a man not worthy of her. Now, she’s miserable, doesn’t believe in love, and still has the hots for one man…Rory Gallagher.

Rory Gallagher is older than Oaklee by two years. He is the best of her brother. His job was to watch out for Oaklee. Meaning she was off limits then and still off limits now. However, he still can’t shake her from his mind. Then an accident on a road leads her to his vet clinic and all bets are off…Oaklee sets his blood on fire. She’s a major distraction to his. But one shared kiss…and Rory is in trouble.

The worst part…he wants her. Oaklee wants him. But are they ready for a no strings just friends with benefits? I highly recommend readers to read the book to find out what happens. Somebody’s Baby by Donna Alward was sizzling, intriguing, and entertaining. Plus, it involved a super cute dog that will melt any reader’s heart…like it did to mine.

Review:

Still in Love With You by Lexie Davis is a romance that tugged at my heart, made me die with laughter, and had me falling in love. A military man struggling with after war terrors on his own and a woman from his past spinning his life even more out of control. Parker thought he was tough enough to handle life alone, until his old love came back to town. Aubree thought she could come home and not fall madly in love with her old flame, Parker. But spending time with him, has gotten under her skin as well as his. Neither own can deny their attraction. This sweet southern tale, has a lot of bumps but soon finds a smoothness tha works. It’s only time before both explode or completely fall apart. I loved the emotional attachment that came from reading this book. Lexie Davis knew what she was planning when she wrote this novel. I can’t forget the charcaters and their dilemmas as well as their love. Broken hearts being mended and forgiven is the best kind of story. Overall, I highly recommend Still in Love With You to readers worldwide.

Review:

Scorching Road by both Toby Neal and Emily Kimelman is as exactly as it sounds…scorching hot! I have read previous books by the talented writer, Toby Neal, and I was immediately taken to this new title. I know this work was a piece featured by two writers and I couldn’t distinguish either writer’s handiwork within the novel. It read as tho it had been written only by one. These two writers have a unique talent in making a deeply suspenseful yet sexy tale. There’s a flu that is proving deadly across the nation. Dr. Elizabeth Johnson and her partner were working on the vaccine. Only her partner finally got it down…yet it cost him his life. Now, the vaccine is in her hands and it will take everything she has to get it completed in time. But things get complicated. Her plane crashes…she meets a man unlike any other and together they venture out for one of the toughest journeys ever told. Epic, stunning, and brilliantly woven. I couldn’t stop reading, Scorching Road. This romantic suspense piece kept me hooked from beginning to end. I look forward to the next grand scheme by these writers. They sure knew how to capture my attention inside this exciting plot. Overall, I highly recommend it to readers everywhere.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Meet Me at Beachcomber Bay by Jill Mansell is the sweetest romance ever. I instantly was swept up in the drama and emotional rollercoaster of her two main charcaters. Two perfect strangers meet on a plane. Little did they know that they were the the ones for each other. Life is messy, complex, and complicated. A man who’s love is stuck in a coma…and he meets a woman on a plane ride that reminds him so much of his wife. Something about the woman lures him. Just as he lures her. When the plane trip, ends…both depart on bad terms. Feeling stupid for flirting with a married man, Clemency feels frustrated. Then, years later, they met again. Only this time, it’s under different circumstances. Sam’s wife dies and he meets Clemency’s sister, Annabelle. But he didn’t know she was Clemens’s sister until Belle introduces them. Clemency is shocked and so is Sam. Talk about complicated. Annabelle and Clemency have always had a tough relationship. Step-sisters. But Annabelle has her own issues that will bring more shocking relevations to light.

Finding one’s self and fighting for what one wants are two major themes here. Meet Me at Beachcomber Bay is a perfect title to this tale. I enjoyed watching the scenes unfold. Jill Mansell has once again dragged me deep into the heart of her novels. I loved it. Heartfelt, warm, and hilarious. Every page made me want to know more. A blossoming love that is put on hold…the tension builds and wow. Beautifully written. Overall, I recommend this romantic women’s story to all.

Review:

Melissa Cutler has done it again! With her latest novel, One Wild Night, I was hooked. She always creates a beautifully told story. One that engages readers. Emotionally stunning. I loved reading it. Wild indeed. A young Hispanic woman is looking to settle down…yet all her dates have gone bad. Then, one dark night, she meets a sexy cowboy. Their horseback riding leads them both to a breathless night full of want, desires, and need. Something about him being so not what she’s looking for makes him perfect for her. Then, attraction comes into play.

Gentry Wells is a bad boy aka country music singer. A cowboy at heart. He needs inspiration. When, he meets Skye at night in a barn, his fate has been sealed. So, has Skye’s. Neither one can ignore the instant chemistry. The heat comes off the pages. Raw, possessive, and addictive. One Wild Night is exactly as the title states. Melissa Cutler wrote a tale that not only brings a fiery passion but two sould desperately needing each other. Maybe they will find love after all…I enjoyed reading this contemporary romance. True love is the theme and it is masterfully shown on every last page. Overall, I highly recommend Melissa Cutler’s novel to all.

Review: Checkmate (This is War)

Synopsis:

Introducing The Checkmate Duet from a secret duo of bestselling authors! Checkmate: This is War is an enemies to lovers romance that will have you crying with laughter one moment and screaming in frustration the next… but you’ll be begging to play the game with The King.

Game on.
***
Travis King is the worst kind of a**hole.

He taunts me for being a good girl and mocks my high standards.

He’s cruel, crass, and has enough confidence to last two lifetimes.

And I hate him.
It wouldn’t matter so much if he were avoidable.

But considering he’s my older brother’s best friend and roommate, I see him more than I’d ever want to.

His sculpted abs and gorgeous eyes are wasted on such an arrogant man, which makes me hate him even more.
Even though I’ve had a crush on him since I was ten, the feelings weren’t mutual and he’s made that very clear.

He’s always loved getting under my skin and one night against my better judgment, I let him in my bed.

I’ve succumbed to his manw**re ways, but that doesn’t change a thing.

Because the King is about to get played at his own game–and lose.
Checkmate.
**Recommend for ages 18+ due to sexual content and adult language.**

Rating: 4-stars

Review:

Checkmate: This is War by Kennedy Fox deserves 5-stars for the heat, action, and sexy plot. However, I give it the 4-stars due to the main characters. King is a grown man whose too sexy for his own good. His cocky arrogant ways make him a dick. Especially the way he treats Viola. What kind of man has sex with women when the one he wants is so close to where he’s sleeping with other women? I can see a man having sex with as many women as possible trying to get the one woman he can’t have out of his system…but for some fated reason, King can’t get Viola out of his system. Viola can’t ignore him either. She’s ticked off at him. She should hate him…plus, she should move as far away from that man. But she doesn’t. That’s what gets me. Women heroines would try to get as far away as possible and most men wouldn’t be like King. Their world is so messed up…that it almost reminds me of Romeo and Juliet in a way. But a lot more crazy. And stupid. The writing is fabulous. Other than the way the characters act, I’d say this would be a fascinating romance. If readers are just looking for a hot read sexy read than, yes, this is it. But if you’re like me and need that emotional attachment and understanding connection to the characters as well as the heat then, this is where it lacks some. The banter between characters is great. But the King’s treatment of Viola was great. I felt like Viola succumbed to his bad treatment of her due to pure desires distracting her. Overall, Checkmate: This is War was okay.

Review: Checkmate (This Is Love)

Synopsis:

The anticipated conclusion of The Checkmate Duet from a secret duo of bestselling authors! Checkmate: This is Love is an enemies to lovers romance that will have you crying with laughter one moment and screaming in frustration the next… but you’ll be begging to play the game with The King.

Game on.

***

Viola Fisher is the epitome of perfection.

She despises my one-night stands and mocks my less-than-classy habits.

She’s smart, beautiful, and too good to be true.

And I want her.

If she were anyone else, I’d have made my move years ago, but considering she’s my best friend’s little sister, she’s always been off-limits. Not to mention how much she loathes my very existence.

Hating me is her religion, but needing her is mine. Her sexy curves and filthy smart mouth make me want her even more, and I’m more determined than ever to change her mind.
I’ll prove I’m done playing games.

But until then, we’ll continue to play by her rules.

Viola Fisher may have won the battle, but the war isn’t over yet.

Checkmate, princess.
*Recommend for ages 18+ due to sexual content and adult language.*
**This is Love is book in the Checkmate Duet. You must read This is War first.**

Review:

Checkmate: This is Love by Kennedy Fox is the second best installment to a sexy romance series. Take a bad boy player and a strong woman and the heat is on…both characters have a way of pulling me into their strong. I could felt their emeotions. The sensual play, their bantering, and  their frustrations. Sweet, hot, and addictive to read.

This second tale, continues where the first one left off…luring me back into the messy complicated world of Viola and King. There is more tan sexual heat going on…their are hearts on the line. I love the chemistry and the stubbornness of the characters. Kennedy Fox definitely knew how to draw me into her novel. Checkmate: This is Love is a book, I couldn’t stop reading. It’s the second part to an epic journey. Can’t wait to find out how it ends…overall, I recommend it to readers everywhere.

Review: Somewhere on St. Thomas

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Somewhere on St. Thomas by Toby Neal is a sexy romance. I was got up by the instant connection the two main characters had. Just one meeting was all it took. Ruby has this thing about sailors…not good enough for her. Or so she said until Rafe came into her life. Right after winning the spelling bee, her mom introduced her to Rafe. Ruby of course is heading off to college in Boston. Rafe goes sailing out in the ocean…never would work out or would it? Ruby sets Rafe off like a bunch of fireworks. All she did was be herself and show off her sport skills. That and her beauty has him hooked. He’s ruined. No other redhead will do. Only Ruby. Ruby isn’t a saint. She wants sex. Rafe sets her down that path of sexual wanting that it frightens her. She runs away scared. But before she leaves the island…Rafe comes back to say goodbye but leaves her something. From there the novel picked up rather quickly. I was intrigued. These two could make any readers blush far worse than Ruby’s worst blushing spells. The heat comes off the pages. Their intense love and attraction made this felt so real. Their life it seems is connected. Somewhere on St. Thomas is a hot read. Heat, action, and believable characters. Once more, Toby Neal has created a stunning world of fiction. One that lured me deep into its depth and had me wanting more. I loved it. I do recommend this for those eighteen and older due to the adult content inside…other than that I highly recommend it to all.

Rating: 5-stars

Review:

Deep Into Trouble by Dawn Ryder is another hot romantic suspense title. Right from the start, Dawn Ryder has captured me inside her tale. Between a leading female character rebelling which soon leads her straight into trouble…Hence, the title, Deep Into Trouble makes sense. But there’s also another reason it’s perfect. The leading man, Saxon Hale, is in trouble as soon as he lays eyes on the hot brunette, aka Ginger Boyce. Both feel the tension building and only time will tell where it leads…

Sexy, clever, and intriguing…Deep Into Trouble is a must read for all. Hot characters, flaring desires, and danger will spike any reader’s attention. Just like it did with mine. I was immediately lost.  Fast-paced, tons of action, and the unknown of where and when something will happen. These are the trade marks of the talented writer, Dawn Ryder. She knows what her readers expect and how to satisfy every desire. An investigation that takes readers into a deadly situation is another turning point. Plus, the brewing romance adds to it. I enjoyed following the alpha male as he kept Ginger alive. Their chemistry is perfect. Readers who want more than just a romance will find that this is definitely it. So much to offer and all brilliantly written into one engaging piece. Overall, I highly Recommend Deep Into Trouble to readers everywhere. Until then, I look forward to the next grand adventure and heart racing read by Dawn Ryder

This Is Our Song by Samantha Chase is an intoxicating contemporary read. The novel holds a lot of sass, sweetness, and intrigue. The featured couple make a great team…only if they are willing to let their hearts fall for one another. Famous rockstar singer and his big sweet loving family is enough to make any woman fall closer to the man…but still fear keeps her at bay. Even her own family loves the singer and his family. Heart melting, engaging, and definitely a page turning tale. Sexy but family orientated. A bit cheesy and a whole lot of romance. The instant sparks between the journalist and rock star are enough to heat up the day and make readers blush. I loved the way the siblings were all there together. The father and son bond was beautifully done as well. A song writer who is experiencing writer’s Block and is frustrated beyond meets a woman who isn’t happy about doing his interview. Yet when they finally meet…both can’t forget the other or let go of each other. Is it fate?

Samantha Chase has brilliantly spun another fabulous title. I love her world of fiction. Irresistible characters, thrilling plotline, and a fast-paced tempothat will keep readers interested until the last page. I love how Samantha Chase creates magic within her books. This was a stunning magical journey that I want to revisit again. There was so many the,see to love about this story. Family, love, dreams, and finding oneself. This Is Our Song was perfect. I highly recommend it to all.

Brilliant Cut by Elisa Marie Hopkins is the final installment to the dashing series. I have come to love this series so much. Elisa Marie Hopkins has masterfully crafted an epic ending…The raw emotional pull and rollercoaster scenes sends readers like myself deep into the book’s plot. Fast-paced and cleverly written, I have once again enjoyed reading this writer’s work.

Brilliant Cut brings readers back into the romantic suspense world of Sophie Cavall. A model now, bestselling author and a mother. I love seeing how Sophie has grown as a leading character throughout the series. She’s one that tugs readers into her life story and has them eating out of her hand. Her personality and charm earn her respect. However, the danger is not quite over yet. Readers will feel Sophie’s heartache and sense the building of what is to come. Her love left her thinking he could keep her safe, yet nothing can stop the danger and now, Oliver not only has broken his love’s heart but has to keep her alive…

Review:

Love Trip by Alexa Darin is the first of her novels that I have read. I loved the cover and was immediately drawn to what the story had to offer. Once, I read it, I fell in love. There’s a huge animal loving leading female character. She’s a tough lawyer but has a soft gooey side as well. Her life suddenly has been spiraling downward where her law cases and ex-boyfriend are concerned. Taylor heads to an island to visit her sister. Here, we find out that the younger sister has too had a bad relationship. But Taylor sees her sister as happy and maybe smitten with someone. Then, the novel heats up, with a sexy bull riding cowboy. Cole is every woman’s wet dream come true. The instant chemistry between Cole and Taylor makes for a sweet, hilarious, and romantic read. The point of view is mostly done by the main character, Taylor. It would be great, if readers got snippets from Cole’s point of view as well. Then, there’s the romantic interest that was hinted about Taylor’s sister…I would have liked to know a bit more about that and hopefully see a novel focusing on that couple. Overall, Love Trip was fantastic. A perfect contemporary romance for all. Take it to the beach or read it anywhere. The story lures readers into its depth and takes them on an exciting journey.

Review:

The Holiday Gift by RaeAnne Thayne is a cozy heart melting tale. Two best friends who harbored a secret love for one another. Yet neither one wanted to destroy their friendship. The friendship works perfectly until both are single adults once more…

A good looking cowboy loved his female best friend since the beginning. But he didn’t know how to tell her. Then, before he realized it was too late, she was taken by another man. His chance came and went. Now, years afterwards, he’s divorced and she’s a widow. Both have a daughter from their marriages.

As the holiday comes around, can two best friends be bold enough to close the gap and let loose their real feelings? RaeAnne Thayne has once again created a beautifully story that winds itself into readers hearts and souls. It touched me deeply. Sad, frustrating, funny, and sweet. I enjoyed the emotional roller coaster ride and look forward to reading the next book by this talented writer. The Holiday Gift is truly a must read for all.

Review: The Friend Zone

Synopsis:

Chloe

Moses has been my best friend since kindergarten. We met when I shoved him face first in the dirt and took his action figures. Ever since, we’ve been tighter than blood, but we’re not blood, and my body knows that. My heart has known that for years.

The fact that being a pole dancer has interfered with my relationship status is an understatement. Moses is literally the longest I’ve been with a man, except I’m not really ‘with’ him.
Now I’m approaching a place where I’m curious enough to tell him about my feelings. I’ve gotten close, but a man as hot as my bestie has had really small gaps between girlfriends. I know it could be a big mistake, and he’s never seen me that way, but I won’t know for sure unless I act right? Only problem is, I might be too late again.
Moses:

I’m not blind to the fact that my best friend is dangerously hot. She’s basically every man’s dream but she’s not mine. I’m the one that protects her, councils her, and encourages her, knowing she will do the same for me. She’s my girl.
But now something is different, and I can’t put a name to it. Something feels changed, but I’m putting all that on the back burner because I think I found my perfect girlfriend.
Still, Chloe is in my head; I’m not sure she would handle knowing that. After all, I’m in the friend zone…

Review:

Nicole Strycharz is indeed one of the most talented female writers of this day. Her characters send you into their stories. Making readers want to know every gritty and dark secret they hold. I laughed, cried, and fell deeply in love. Friends is easy. But being good looking plus, awesome friends…tends to stretch the friend zones the characters are inside of…once that is stretched to a boiling, it never goes back to being the same.

Chloe has known Moses all her life just about and she has fallen head over heels for him. But the issues it that she doesn’t want to admit. At least not until, Moses thinks he has found the girl, the it woman for himself. That’s when all her reserves start unweaving. She wants him. Jealousy, a bit of anger, and so much lust. Chloe doesn’t want to ruin her friendship. She let’s Moses do his thing…but as each day nears, she’s going crazy with not being open about her heart.

Moses is the guy all women need. He’s the good friend that can be relied on and love.  Love more than a friend…heck yes. He’s sexy as sin with a charming personality to match it. His over protectiveness he feels towards Chloe, his best friend, should give him signs he’s in love with her. But he ignores the feelings. Doesn’t want to ruin his friendship with her. After all, they friend zoned each other. But despite moving on…he can’t stop thinking about Chloe…

The Friend Zone by Nicole Strycharz leds readers on an epic roller coaster ride. I personally would love to see this novel on the big screens. I’m already trying to think of which leading stars will play Chloe and Moses as well as they’re bad dating partners. This novel has a way of wrapping itself deep around me and pulling me further into its plot. Fast-paced, exciting, and heart melting. They are times, I want to shout out at the lead characters and say, “kiss and marry, already! It’s obvious you guys are perfect for one another!” Yet neither one is sure they would make it as a couple. Both are scared of their feelings in a way. It’s so believable…I felt like I was watching the scenes come alive instead of just reading about them. Nicole Strycharz amazed me with her Duke of Goldenshire, then her novel called, The Divorce, and now, this one. I am stunned. Raw talent award goes to…Nicole Strycharz. She doesn’t just write novels, she takes life and captures it into her book and creates real people in her characters. I love it. Can’t get enough of this writer’s novels. She goes out and beyond each time creating the best masterpiece. Nicole Strycharz’s talent knows no boundaries and is limitless, that’s what I love about her books. You can run free and live inside of them. Perfect romance every time. Overall, The Friend Zone is a definite read for all.

Review:

Burning Obsession by Calista Fox is another fabulous read. The writer has done it again! She has created another world full of lusty scenes and a compelling plotline. I was hooked. Kyle Jens is the sexy superhero kind of man. Just his presence alone could make any woman melt on the spot. His charming personality makes him the most wanted bachelor. Add his protective bodyguard skills and he’s got it all. Kyle has it all…but love. The only part of his life that is missing… He seems to sense this and is at an all time loss on where and what to look for…but then, one specific lady appears out of nowhere. One that changed his life forever. Love is something that you can’t live without…and Tamera Fenmore is just that for Kyle. Chemistry burns red hot between characters. There are danger and plenty of action. Readers will fall in love with this novel. Exactly as I have. Burning Obsession is indeed the perfect title to an irresistible story. Review:

Once again, Eleanor Meyers has done it again. Creating that perfect historical romance tale. One that has readers wrapped around it’s pages. I found myself with wanting and need to read this tale. After I read it, I felt happy that I did. It was everything I expected plus, more. Eleanor Meyers has that raw talent in creating characters that rub each other in the right ways…their chemistry sparks hot yet the tale is clean. It’s hard work to create the sexy sensual scenes and still maintain a proper clean tale at the same; however, Eleanor Meyers always succeeds in this area. I love her characters. Beyond the beauty and riches her characters are down to earth souls. Each with a task that needs accomplishing and that’s how they find themselves once again. It takes that particular moment and their past as well as the present collide. Hearts racing, suspense in overdrive, and a need to finish the story is great. Gaining the Gentleman is the latest romance regency book by Eleanor Meyers. I am hooked. Compelling characters, well-written plots, and a thirst to read more by this talented writer. The intrigue of what will come of two past acquaintances settled on finding and solving a case will set readers on one epic journey. The characters prove that they are both more than what they appear. I really liked how Eleanor Meyers wove that into her book. Overall, I highly recommend this engaging tale to all.

Review:

Slain Passion by Chris Lange is a fabulously original story. I was really into the world of the story and had a really difficult time pulling myself away from it. The romance scenes were hot and sexy, and I loved them. However, I honestly thought they took too much attention away from the storyline. The flirtatious banter between Conroy and Kat was enticing and very well written – even added to the story. However, the romantic scenes seemed a bit forced rather than a natural occurrence within the story line. I also would have liked to know the gender and age of the main character earlier on within the story. It was a bit confusing. I kept wondering what her age and gender was and it took me out of the story a bit. Overall, the story was amazing. I will definitely read it again.

Review:

Once more, Joe Cosentino is indeed my favorite writer. He has surprised me with another fabulous rich tale. This time; however, he has taken famous fairy tale stories we all know and put a whole new spin, upon them. Tales like Cinderella and a few others can be found inside, The Naked Prince and Other Tales.

I loved how Joe Cosentino made a few tales into a more interesting read yet. His writing style has a way of luring readers into unknown territories and leaving them with a taste for more. The Naked Prince and Other Tales brings up several different themes one like the love of two men who are complete opposites. These two meet and love is tapping them on the shoulder. Humor as always is to be expected when reading this new book. I love fairy tales and the creative ways that Joe Cosentino retold them. Definitely for adult eyes only due to the adult content mentioned.

I got to meet a wide variety of intriguing characters. Characters like Goldilocks and the three Bears are amazing. Their lives pull in readers. I was enticed as well as enchanted. Twists like readers never expected are found with each new fairy tale. Funny, sexy, and entertaining, this new novella collection is a must read for all. The Naked Prince and Other Tales is truly an enjoyable book. I can’t wait to read more by this talented writer. An adventure of a lifetime!

Can’t get enough of the other one. Both in and outside of the bedroom. However, as always there are life’s complications getting in their way of a possible happily-after-ever. Don’t miss the thrilling conclusion to SEALionaire, the sexy Navy SEAL romance by MS Parker and Shiloh Walker.

Rating: 5 stars

Review:

Sealionaire (Book 3) by both MS Parker and Shiloh Walker is the final journey. First off, I have to say that both MS Parker and Shiloh Walker are a great team. Their combined writing efforts in making this series were fantastic. I was already a major fan of Shiloh Walker’s novels. Her stories brilliant. Then, reading this new series introduced me to another talented writer, MS Parker. I will now, be looking out for her novels as well. Hot, sexy, and a book readers won’t be able to resist. I couldn’t put it down. This last story had every element I loved. Danger, raw desires, and a suspense that kept me lured. Baited me instantly. Hooked me after reading the first page. The ending was explosive.

Sealionaire (Book 3) offered a sexy Navy Seal as the bodyguard. I can already sense the appeal. A man who knows how to react to a deadly environment as well as protecting the innocent. Here, his job just got more interesting. He will have to put every skill he knows into saving a woman. A woman who has him so aroused that it’s hard not to grin. The tipping was that the leading female character felt just as intensely about the bodyguard as he did her. As the threat of danger rose so, did their heat and attraction for one another. Absolutely, charming and steamy. After reading this romantic suspense tale, readers will be begging for more. It’s a read, readers can’t miss. Overall, I highly recommend Sealionaire (book 3) to readers everywhere.

Review: One Step Behind

Synopsis:

London, 1812. When the unconventional Gemma Lancaster embarked on a mission to infiltrate high society and avenge her beloved cousin’s murder she never, would have guessed she’d end up in the arms of a thief. At least, that’s what she assumes when she discovers Lucas Stone breaking into a private safe.

Lucas Stone, the Earl of Winchester, has a reputation for arrogance and a soft-spot for his sister, which is how he ends up in the predicament of hiding behind a curtain at midnight with the dreadfully dull Miss Gemma Lancaster. But he soon discovers appearances can be deceiving when the country mouse turns into a spitfire in front of his eyes and she makes it clear she wants nothing to do with him.

Though one is chasing a blackmailer and the other a murderer, they quickly realize they are on the hunt for the same villain. Now they must work together, which would be fine, if they could decide if they’d rather fall in love or kill one another.

Review:

One Step Behind is an enticing read. It lures readers back in time to the regency period. Brianna Labuskes’ historical romance is intense, sexy, and highly entertaining. The quarrel between a red-headed woman and a man highly regarded by the ton, is fun to watch. Their sparring keeps readers on their toes…constantly.  A female heroine strong and not to be distracted until a handsome man captures her attention. Especially, on a night of her clandestine mission. But then he too is on a mission. It’s not until that moment that both find out they share the same need. Plus, a more physical one that develops between them both. Causing both to think of nothing else. It’s quite dangerous to let an attraction disturb one from gaining the truth. There’s a murderer walking around free and both main characters are set to catch him. One Step Behind is an amazing novel. It has everything that baited, lured, and hooked me right into its plot. Fast-paced and bold, Brianna Labuskes’ writing is phenomenal. Overall, I highly recommend this romance to all.

Review:

Drawn to a Cowboy by Fifi Flowers is another brilliant masterpiece by this talented writer. I love her books. The characters are created with just the right amount or realism to make them believable. Sexy heroes and a strong heroine. A combination that I love.

Here, inside Drawn to a Cowboy, two characters meet by chance. Boy does fate have things in store for them. Neither character planned on it but both will be stuck like glue. Fiesty, addictive, and sweet. Who knew a cowboy would come to an artist’s recuse by offering her a job at his ranch. Once he makes the offer, he’s not sure how or what will transpire next. But the heat turns up higher with every page. The undeniable attraction will keep readers turning the pages. The sexy cowboy has just presented one woman a chance that she will have to risk. His good looks have her thoughts all jumbled but what happens next is amazing. Fifi Flowers has created a romance, readers can’t resist. Her writing is definitely out of this world…as well as an exciting plot that moves by quickly and tempting situations that readers love. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful engaging romance to all.

With no magic, no identity, and no resources, Allie has no alternative but to navigate the mortal realm, depending entirely on her reluctant host while discerning what exactly caused her transformation–and how to reverse it.

Brett doesn’t have a chance to consider the words that mysteriously showed up on his screen; he’s too distracted by the stunning woman who appeared in his office out of nowhere. Before his brain can catch up, Brett’s uninvited guest becomes enmeshed in his everyday life. Her artless innocence gradually lessens his suspicions. Most importantly, the writer’s block that’s been plaguing him dissolves under the fantasies the naively beguiling Alexandra inspires.

All too soon, the forced proximity sparks a confounding awareness neither writer nor muse are able to resist.

Review:

Mortal Musings by Ari Glazki is amazing. A paranormal love story that will leave readers satisfied in every way. A man who needs inspiration to help his writer’s block is doomed. He obviously wasn’t succeeding with his muse’s help. Before Alexandra knew it she was in mortal form before the male writer. Just seeing her, she inspired so many ideas as well as fantasies. The writer, Brett, soon earns attention for his writing but then Allie aka Alexandra disappears.

Ari Glazki’s novel is stunning. The characters are dreamy and realistic. They’re instant bond of chemistry builds and unbearable heat. The suspense of what will occur between the writer and his muse is great. The action and dialogue moves the plot forward. Fast and easy to read in one sitting. I loved following the characters as they came to terms with their feelings. I still wasn’t sure how the ending would be until I arrived there. Romantic, sweet, and addictive. Ari Glazki’s writing is superb. Well-written and well-developed. I highly recommend Mortal Musings to all.

Review:

Just One Week by Alice Gaines is an sexy, hilarious, yet entertaining read. This novel mentions how to friends grew apart over an incident and now, they are finally facing each other again. Except neither one expected the other to be so hot looking. Remembering each other as the other kid is one thing but now as adults their their secret crush on each other will come to light. Fighting chemistry is a losing situation. Michelle and Alex can’t ignore the heat, or else it will consume them beyond repair. As they are forced to be together for family anniversary, they will have to be in each other’s sight all the time. However, Alex is dealing with three issues. His desire for Michelle, getting her to forgive him for the incident that happened years ago, and fighting the fear of what his best friend will think. Having a crush on a best friend’s sister is not cool. So many relationships can get screwed up, however, if it’s already screwed up what harm can come? Delicious, intriguing, and beautifully written. I could not put the novel down…the characters will keep readers reading all night long. Overall, I loved the strong characters and their differences. It made the story feel real. I highly recommend Alice Gaines’ novel Just One Week to all.

Nicole Strycharz is indeed a talented writer. I can’t see her not writing a book that readers will fall over in love with or beg for more. The writing style is superb. Easy to read and follow along. There’s always an emotional journey that Nicole Strycharz creates in every one of her brilliant novels. I fall in love every single time. I can’t help myself. The emotions tugging at my heart over the characters’ frustrations, struggles, and undeniable love. Anyone you reads this stunning lady’s work and not feel any kind of emotion or connection is lacking life’s good gifts. Laughter, tears, and kisses. Yes, all that and more can be found in this particular read.

Nollaig Shona Duit; A Christmas Tale by Nicole Strycharz is everything readers will want plus, so much more. I can’t find a single thing wrong with this incredible story. Two irresistible characters, check. A fast moving plot, check. An engaging tale that captures readers hearts and souls, double check. A sexy and sweet romance, absolutely. A novella about finding love, happiness, and new beginnings, definitely inside this book. The main character, Shea is a man to love passionately and to never let go. I want him. That there proves Nicole’s talent. I need to read more about her famous characters. I want to hear and see more. She delivers a promising read that satisfies every readers’ desire. A feel good romance perfect for any day especially, during the holidays. Perfect, sizzling, clean, an well-written. The characters were well-developed. The struggles were believable and kept me turning the pages. I truly love this writer’s work. Overall, I highly recommend this latest novella to all. (P.s. This along with all her other works need to be turned into big screen movies! Just saying…)

It’s heady, it’s fevered, it’s wanton, and it’s crazy. But could this really be her new life? Or is it just a temporary reprieve before returning to the land of twin-set cardigans and crustless sandwiches?

A celebration of great friendship, passionate romance, and wonderful food, Roman Crazy is a lighthearted story of second chances and living life to the fullest.

Time flies by and a deep love formed. Yet life calls back, and back one goes. Just when everything was mapped out, life dumps unexpected surprises once more and time is lost.

Until Avery goes to see her husband and sees him dicking around in a way that he never has with her. He’s creative, passionate and just raw energy. But then the anger comes out and without a second thought she hits him with a bat. Her husband…messedaroundn with his personal assistant. Ouch! Mega ouch…but Avery won’t stand to be around a man who doesn’t love her. A friend calls her to Rome. There she has a life she’s missed out on in nine years. But then fate knocks her off her feet once more.

An unexpected person is now, among her mist. A friend of her friend. But all those memories from nine years ago come rushing back in…the time and love feels fresh again. Giddy as a teen, Avery has a lot to handle. Divorcing her cheating husband, enjoying spending time with a past lover who’s not sure if she’s there to stay or leave him again. Avery isn’t sure herself. But once she’s spending more time with the man of her heart, how can she leave? Roman Crazy is a feel-good romance with travel, food, and family too. Finding love and happiness that just a bonus. However, both Alice Clayton and Nina Bocci, have left the fate of Avery and her lover to themselves. Will they work out or fall apart once again? I highly suggest readers dig in and read. I loved this journey and following the characters. Charming, sweet, and truly a page turner. Overall, I recommend Roman Crazy to readers worldwide.

Review:

To Have and To Hold: Three Autumn Love Stories is a heartwarming collection that all will love. Three talented writers put together a book that holds a story that will knock readers off their feet and drag them to the altar.

The first story, Love Takes the Cake: A September Wedding Story, is superb. Here readers, get a good clean romance as well as a good dash of humor. A woman who happens to be a single mother and talented baker falls for her customer. Not just any customer but a hottie. He comes into her bakery like clockwork each day. Orders the same cookies every time. Her heart goes into overdrive. Wondering if the man is single or taken. Then fate has a way of interrupting her quiet lifestyle and shakes things up for the baker. The same man she’s falling for happens to be the one to bring a crazy bride to the bake shop. The woman is someone the baker would love nothing more than to kick out of her shop until the bride is convinced to let the baker not only do her wedding cake but the bachelorette party as well as the reception party. This means money and Charlotte would be nuts to let one silly bride get to her. But then that means more quality time with the mysterious man she’s crushing for…plus, there’s the question…is he too good to be true. Overall, I highly recommend this sticky sweet yet hilarious romance read to all.

Next, is The Perfect Arrangement: An October Wedding Story. This story was written in a unique yet casual way. I felt like the characters were real rather than just words stretching across the pages. Here, I go to meet interesting individuals with a common interest. Who would have guessed that a man can love classic romantic movies? I surely didn’t yet the writer, Katie Ganshert, made it appear manly and perfectly normal. I loved the atmosphere in which she created. I couldn’t help to feel the fear and worry creeping up on the florist and the smooth calmness from the stranger who’s car she happened to bump into…at least she gave him her email. Since that day, he has emailed her back and her replying back to every one of his emails. Great, advice he seems to give. Then fate brings up another issue and the suspense is back. Readers will find this story sweet, highly engaging, and funny. Overall, I highly recommend this romance to readers everywhere.

Last but not least, is Love in the Details: A November Wedding. This is the last of the three amazing romantic tales inside this book. I could not stop reading it. Becky Wade has a talent of luring her readers into the story. Imagine loving someone for the longest time…then in finding a wedding coordinator for a friend, that person finds his love again. Only he doesn’t know that she let him go due to her wanting not to drag him down. His success meant she had to let him go…but what if there’s a chance that love is in the air for these two past lovers? Two characters both living entirely different lifestyles. This may be the break it or make it moments for their ultimate test in love, or not. Marriage is for forever and that is a serious game that requires everything one has to win it.  Intriguing, entertaining, and a must-read for all. I loved reading this and recommend it to everyone.

Overall, To Have and to Hold: Three Autumn Love Stories is the best clean and romantic series I have read. Highly recommend it to all.

Review: Unlucky in Love

Synopsis:

After Alexis Maguire’s wedding day comes and goes without a groom, she decides that it’s time for a change. Tired of being the dependable, steady—and apparently boring—one, Alexis hopes that a cross-country road trip will help her loosen up and find her inner sparkle. Her first stop is the Whisper Creek Ranch, where the hot wranglers are sure to bring out her inner party girl. The trouble is, she can’t stand pretending to be someone she’s not—especially around the cowboy who tempts her to stay put.

Gunnar Peterson has spent six months working at Whisper Creek, and he’s never been happier. Having grown up an army brat, he’s ready to put down roots, and the only thing missing is a woman to share his life with. When Alexis blows into town, Gunnar thinks he may have met his match, despite the wild-child facade he sees right through. But Alexis swears she won’t settle down anytime soon—so it’s up to Gunnar to convince her that what she’s looking for . . . is right here.

Review:

Unlucky in Love by Maggie McGinnis is the best romance. I love the characters, the scenes and all. Maggie McGinnis has a way of showing a story to readers and leaving them in the story even after they have reached the last page. The emotions were real. The tension from both of the main characters was like a playing a tug of war with themselves and not winning. A sexy hot cowboy, who has had it rough in growing up…doesn’t want to be anything like his father. He keeps trying not to fall for the red headed beauty that walked into his life. But something keeps tugging him right back to her. Like an undeniable attraction of a magnet. Then, there’s the good girl nurse. She does everything to help her mother who can be a lot to handle at times. Her younger sister ends of leaving the majority of responsibility onto her shoulders. However, her sister is also, a good friend when it comes to her bad ex. Being left two weeks before one’s wedding is a raw enough scar…but only time will tell if both the cowboy and nurse can have a happily ever after or forever e cursed.  Unlucky in Love is a new must read for all. I can’t think of one reason why readers wouldn’t love this contemporary sweet yet sexy romance. One that takes place in the West. Did I mention hot cowboys with a heart of gold? Overall, I highly recommend this novel to all.
